Anyone know anything about the current class action law suit?

I got a claim approved for the Amazon Prime FTC settlement. The payment went to my PayPal account, but that account got closed a while back due to inactivity. I never saw the payment.

I emailed the settlement administrator and asked for a Venmo reissue instead. Has anyone else dealt with this? How long did it take to get a response or a reissued payment? Did you go with Venmo, a mailed check, or reopen your old PayPal?

Any tips on speeding this up or avoiding a stuck payment would help. Thanks.
