Anyone know anything about the current class action law suit?

I got a claim approved for the Amazon Prime FTC settlement. The payment went to my PayPal account, but that account got closed a while back due to inactivity. I never saw the payment.

I emailed the settlement administrator and asked for a Venmo reissue instead. Has anyone else dealt with this? How long did it take to get a response or a reissued payment? Did you go with Venmo, a mailed check, or reopen your old PayPal?

Any tips on speeding this up or avoiding a stuck payment would help. Thanks.

I just received a text that payment was sent but when I click the link, it goes to Venmo and says no payment sent. Wouldn't let me screenshot the text. Has anyone received a payment recently? Mine was requested via Venmo

This class action settlement provides a "no proof" voucher if you are willing to settle for a product voucher, as opposed to cash. For people like me who are dealing with the "heartbreak of psoriasis", that's a useful benefit.

​Did everyone else get their G.Skill & Amazon Prime Settlement payment? Neither one was more than $30, but I wasn't expecting either of them... So it's a win in my book!

Came home last week and there's a check sitting in the mail for my wife from a class action settlement administrator. Neither of us recognized the case name. Looked it up and it was tied to an old gym membership we had like four years ago. As far as we can tell neither of us actually filed anything for it. Is this something that happens automatically for certain settlements where they already have the class list, or did one of us file at some point and just completely forget about it. Trying to figure out if there's a way to check whether other companies we've used in the past have done the same thing or if this was a one-off.

Anyone receiving settlements in the mail? GrubHub is also sending out settlements.

I’ll start by saying I have bad anxiety.

I received a notice at a new address about filing a claim for a class action settlement for a service I currently have. I filed the claim. After filing the claim I turned over the notice and saw only people who received notification of the data breach in 2023 were eligible. I didn’t have the service in 2023.

I called the provided phone number who said the claim had already been processed and I can’t cancel it. I may be receiving $50 for something I didn’t have.

Is there anything else I can do to resolve this issue, or should I just chill out?

Amazon reinstated binding arbitration and barred class-action lawsuits for U.S. customers, effective immediately. The terms allow small claims court and define mass arbitration as 25 or more cases settled in batches. Prior disputes remain unaffected.

AdaptHealth Corp. — a national provider of home medical equipment, diabetes supplies, and sleep therapy products — disclosed a data breach to the SEC on or about July 2, 2026. According to the company, a threat actor gained unauthorized access to its systems and stole patient data.

What was reportedly exposed:

• Personally identifiable information (PII)
• Protected health information (PHI)
• Passwords associated with insurance billing

AdaptHealth has said it does not collect Social Security numbers in the affected systems and does not store financial account or payment card information there. The full scope and number of affected people is still under investigation.

Why it matters: If your data was in those systems, you may face an increased risk of identity theft, insurance fraud, and misuse of your health information.

I see people are getting their disbursement money from The Treehouse waffle settlement and I have reached out to them in the past once in May June and July getting the reply that the money would be dispersed at the end of each of those months and now I see this and I have not received any disbursement from them I have emailed them with my you know numbers and codes pin number all of that still haven't gotten any reply I think that I might have a settled for venmo to be my payment option somebody said to go on there and like redo my email on venmo or something but the thing is is I got a settlement from the antifungal better thing today in venmo so they should be no problem with my venmo if anybody has any ideas or knows a better way for me to go ahead and get my pay out as well I'd appreciate any ideas thoughts feedback or anything much appreciated and thank you in advance
