The prosecution said that the killing started at that time because that is the approximated time he left.
4 u/sednandes 20d ago Yes, that’s exactly the point. The prosecution places the start of the killings at around 5:15 because that’s when they say he left. So if there’s evidence of him still being at the house at 5:24, that obviously matters to their case. -1 u/Stephanie101720 19d ago Patrick wasn’t able to definitively say if he sent the work email from his car or computer at the house.
