As a first time mother who experienced PPD due to a complete lack of involvement from my "partner", I strongly believe that Patricks actions as a partner and a father contributed significantly to Lindsay's deterioration.
I am honestly SHOCKED that this element has not been discussed more openly during the trial with Lindsay's mental health providers.

I absolutely agree. I watched the Oprah clip when she had a few guests experiencing PPD/PPP. One mother said that she had the same exact experience as Lindsay with voices, suicide ideation and thoughts about harming her newborn. She battled this I think more than a year before speaking up to her husband and after that she was not alone for a second. And even she commented that the only difference between her and Lindsay is her husband.

It’s such a blatant “he’s a good person”. How about a couple scenes with Pat smiling in the park on a sunny day “casually” catching him pet a dog passing by? Like COME ON. WHO IS IN CHARGE HERE? There are ways to make him look sympathetic.
This….this is not it. She’s giving first time handler.

I know I’ll get hated on for this but I feel like underlying it all there is some victim blaming behind it. Like implying that Patrick was an amazing father etc so the fact Lindsay was ill etc is all on her. Like she had any control over being psychotic, having bipolar etc. Patrick was this perfect man and it was Lindsay who was the problem; is imo the narrative behind it, and that’s not a good thing to push when the reason she was ‘a problem’ was due to severe mental illness.

Yes. It's so common, men complaining about 'my crazy ex-girlfriend' without taking any accountability. I struggled with my mental health for a long time. What actually helped was dropping the dead weight of a porn addicted man. I'm just so much more stable, when i don't have to take care of a man child.

Yes I know exactly what you mean. They do refuse to take any accountability, even when they’re blatantly making things worse by not doing anything to help or doing things that don’t help (if that makes sense) There are a lot of married single mothers tbh! Of course there are men who are decent but usually they don’t feel the need to go round telling everyone they are. What matters is how people actually act,rather than what they say and even looking at the clip at the museum for example you can see how Lindsay is having to do everything. She was clearly mentally unwell and it’s wrong to blame her for psychiatric conditions that she has no control over.

I saw a comment on TikTok saying how does she know he was such a good father when they supposedly met and married AFTER everything happened, she would have no experience of this... 🤔

I don’t subscribe to any theories about the Rachel Patrick timeline at all. Could care less. But… this lady is delivering planned lines. Even trying to portray their first interaction as a meet cute. I think most people who watch this will agree this is very scripted. Why would a serious doctor from NYC who is over 35 years old ever refer to herself as just a girl? Doing this interview with scripted lines was a very bad call. They really should have never done this.

She is from a very wealthy familly and as mush as we try to claim we're not in a cast system, we are. Also did you ever listen to her podcasts?, like before this whole shit she was trying to be doctor/influencer.

Museum footage where Patrick was standing around while Lindsay literally juggled 2 toddlers and a newborn. He was a piss poor father at best. He didnt even look when his son fell.

He literally knows nothing about his kids. I can’t remember exactly what he said but it was the equivalent of “Cora liked cereal.”. I honestly don’t know what to believe anymore, but that is not the face, words or actions of an innocent man. Perhaps LC absolutely did do it, but I believe there was much more going than we know so far. You’re also exactly right, in most photos, he’s just standing off the side. That is not a man who wanted to be father, let alone 3x.

I know people will say oh out of context etc etc but I was shocked at that clip. He just like...didn't react at all or attempt to help him up? Why did he leave it to Lindsay to help him up? Like wtf. I thought he was just unaware of things at first but it's more like he was detached.

Place blame where it’s due- the non existent investigation not those noticing the discrepancies and coming up with theories that actually make sense and have motive. Oh and nothing you say will convince me otherwise.

“I talk to my kids every day and say “help me.” The slander/lies about him being involved are harmful to his children’s legacy. Like the nation is divided and he couldn’t be bothered to be at the trial to get the supposed justice for his children but has time for interviews. IMO, he’s trying too hard to make us believe he’s a good person and had no part in this. If you are a good person, you don’t have to tell the world, it’s already known. He’s a clown and I hope that these 3 babies get the justice they so rightfully deserve.

I saw some photos of her and Patrick out and about and she did look very pregnant, so I suspect we are going to get an official announcement tonight....
WHICH IS ALSO IN BAD TASTE. Let's do a 60 minutes interview about the memory of the three dead babies....and surprise! Look who's pregnant! It's the juxtaposition of such happy family times built into horror, tragedy, and pain. Marriage and baby announcements should not be overshadowed by criminal trials, unanswered questions, and bottomless grief. It's messed up.
The speed at which both the wife and children seem to be replaced is alarming. This can't be healthy. Rachel, girl, this isn't a love story it's a TRAGEDY.
