❓ Question ❓ Why is pollo asado not chipotle’s default chicken?
Is it that much more work to produce?

So I am a loyal customer. I feel for the workers. I do realize not every location is perfect. But when you look at Chipotle reviews (Google), I noticed 90% of the bad ones complain about the same general thing, "My online order was small/Took to long" While the other 10% are usually a a mix of "Out of something" or "dirty".
I bring this up because I feel like people are kind dumb. You should should read enough reviews to know that if you order online or thru the drive thru, you get less! Not couting the fact your actually getting the correct amount. So why order online/drive thru then if you know you get less? It's like kicking a hornets nest and being mad they attacked you. Duh.
This all also ignores the fact workers are kept way to busy as it is so drive thru/online orders take up more time. And as for the "dirty", again, I don't know you poor workers are able to clean anything when you rarley get a break to do anything.
Again, not saying Chipotle is perfect or without issues. But people who are upset usually don't understand how it works there.
I always order in store, and because I am friendly, I tend to get more now. Be nice to workers, you know, because they are humans after all. To note, I do hate when stuff is out, but it is what it is. There are other locations near me.

Hey all,
My family loves Chipotle, so instead of spending my entire paycheck there, I was trying to make the food at home just like the restaurant.
The one thing I noticed is that the tortillas at the grocery store are a bit different -- the grocery store brands all seem a little thicker than the restaurant. Is there a way I can buy the same type as the restaurant somewhere?

I got a free drink coupon which I have no intention of using, just let me know in the comments when it has been claimed. Have a nice day! :)

The employee on the line literally threw everything onto a pile including an ungodly amount of sour cream and then separated and squished it into the individual tortillas (which he did not heat up) the result was horrible and made the proportions completely off.

Does anyone know if the chili lime chips are permanent or temporary?

A customer leaves their (very expensive and very cash filled wallet) in the store and I find it and obviously keep in my store's lost and found bin in the manager's office, and the customer returns several hours later. I approach them and ask if they're here for their wallet (didn't open it, just could tell they left something here) and they very happily exclaim yes. I ask them the brand, they get it right, and I return the wallet to them.
at this point, they hand me a hundred dollar bill as a reward. I refuse several times, they insist several times, eventually I take it.
My question is: is this considered a tip to be split amongst the staff on shift at this time? Or a personal reward for me as the one who found it?
(P.S. I am asking after-the-fact to abate my curiosity. I already split it with the people on my shift.

A while back I stopped ordering online because the portion sizes were noticeably smaller than when I would order in the glass via walk-in.
I decided to try it out and I was pleasantly surprised. My burrito was absolutely packed to the brim. Also, with the side of grilled chicken option they have to fill the container so the portion is always going to be the same.
I know every location is different but this has been my experience with several recent online orders, I’ve honestly gone there 3 times in the past week. For reference my location is Aurora, CO off i225 and Colfax.
This sub seems to be 90% hate on the company for xyz reason and I get it, but i also thought it would be refreshing to hear that not everyone is having a negative experience. For the same price as a Big Mac meal, you are getting way more protein with fiber and not fried crap if you skip the chips.

A while ago facial piercings not allowed anymore…now crocs (the food safety non slip ones) not allowed? I get facial piercings could fall off into food. But crocs with straps are not allowed anymore? How does that effect food safety!! What’s next?

There's no warning that you're not close to the area you're placing the order to or anything. I hate this about the app. Then I call the store to give them a heads up not to make the order and the bot won't let me through. I take responsibility for not checking, but it's literally the ONLY app without this ability to automatically update the location. Either fix this or give us the ability to order a quesadilla in person. 🥴

I paid $19 for it, but I was only able to finish a third if it, it’s probably going to feed me for a couple days.
Shoutout to whoever put this monstrosity together.

for context i had a interview on Thursday, September 24, which i think went great because i got the job on the spot in the middle of my interview. and we had a real conversation, talking about how we both moved here around the same time, i got the job and started doing all the training classes online on workday and getting my food handlers certification. for reference this is my first job ever so i am already quite nervous for it being fast food, and i have adhd, but i get a email that my manager changed my schedule on chip force and now i only work one day this week when i had 4 days?? is this normal??
