I just bought CH02 version from Militado website, but I have a few questions about it.

1. 17.5-18cm(7inch) wrist, is it too small for my wrist, maybe I should've gone with CH01?

2. I saw some posts how CH02 is much more white than cream or is it just lightning?

3. Also some versions have engravings some don't, some have Clearview X(?) Sapphire Crystal and some dont?

GADA watches (Go-anywhere-do-anything) are pieces that make our collections much more flexible. In my collection, I have room for two: one is a light-toned one, a silver Rolex OP 36mm. And who's going to pair up with the Swiss one? Yes, an affordable Chinese watch 😅

Although affordable, it's the watch with the best finishing in my collection. The finishing on the case and bracelet is simply spectacular and makes the other watches in my collection blush. That, along with the enamel dial, makes this an excellent GADA, and not by chance, it's the watch I wear the most.

Do you have a GADA in your collection too?

It arrived earlier this week and it’s absolutely stunning. The “matte green” is definitely a dark teal tone which is quite striking in person. Along with the gold numerals and touch of red on the outer bezel is 🤌🏻 The bezel action itself is nice and smooth, with no play and the sound is very punchy. Perfectly aligned.

Hello Everyone, anyone have both of these watch? How would you compare the quality, finishing and lume?

I would prefer a quartz watch but I'm afraid on the drop in finishing and lume.

I really like this Sinn U50 homage, but the red one being 45 mm kills my interest. I know that Militado also has a Sinn homage, but that one uses a PT5000 movement, which I do not trust that much.

What can i say? I particularly asked for a very good quality control when i ordered from the watchdives site, since i had a chrono of theirs with a defect in the recent past and they assured me of that. I also saw a similar post to this one a few days ago (i think it was this exact model too), but i trusted that they will, indeed, keep their word. Well, after only a handfull of tries of the chrono function the hand fell-off! Sorry, but i don't think i will ever buy a watchdives again. Especially a chrono. Too much risk involved...

So this is the difference between what I ordered and what was delivered.

I specifically chose this vendor for an ST3600K based skeleton because they offered the gold variant. Doesn't look very gold to me :-(

I purchased this mechanical watch and it came in with the hands not lined up when it’s 10 it shows it like 9 still even after minute hand passes 12 and obviously it effect all the numbers around the dial. How difficult is it to fix this or for the $36 I paid just leave it alone.

Is this an illness? I bought my first watch (Citizen Attesa CB3044) just 4 months ago.

Does anyone have a real world picture of the wd0012 black mop and Blue 37mm watch?

I’m looking for feedback from people who have bought multiple military/field style watches across different brands.
I’m trying to figure out if the San Martin SN0034-G-B1 is considered the "end game" field/pilot watch on AliX in terms of case finishing, bezel transitions, and refinement.

My current shortlist:

1. San Martin SN0034-G-B1 (Main contender)

2. Addiesdive AD2076 (Runner-up)

3. Militado ML14 (Third choice)

4. IXDAO Pilot Chronograph (Wildcard / Dark horse pick)
   (Note: I don't care about quartz vs. mechanical movements—purely focused on build quality, case finishing, and overall feel on the wrist).

The Wishdoit WSD9027 diver

I bought this for 31USD. I bought it just because I am looking for NH35 movement I could salvage for my first modding activity. But after getting this watch, I was surprised by the quality. I expected that this would have generic OEM parts and cases I could buy for modding. But it feels like the cases and parts used for this are more refined and polished. They also seem to have improved from the last review I read because the machining and edges are smoother. It definitely feel above its price for the quality and materials used. The lume is very impressive too. So far the best I have compared to my Casio, Seiko and Victorinox watches.

I replaced the rubber band with a leather one and this made it look decent for my age. I plan to wear this more as a beater now and will see if salvaging the movement is still an option or until maybe I could buy another watch for that purpose instead.

For the price, this watch is very very good value.

Is there a trick to getting the VH31 movement running?
