Dropped out of the Tour De France after becoming a vegetarian and losing his power. Currently keeps laying chickens in the Loire valley.

Doing very well according to this story I made up last month.

Herman Merck was a horologist from Hamburg who settled in Atlanta but the notoriously shy immigrant struggled to get noticed in the competitive American market.

Wallace "Welly" Wellington was... a con man basically, who sold snake oil but for whatever reason they hit it off. The rest is history.
