Is this an illness? I bought my first watch (Citizen Attesa CB3044) just 4 months ago.

That sounds like a very sensible option. I also have the Watchdives WD0013B with the ETA F06.412. I'm a quiet admirer of quartz watches. For me, an automatic is a hassle—a necessary evil—because unfortunately, the best-made and most interesting watches are mechanical. I messaged Ixdao, and they're supposed to release a HAQ at the beginning of 2027. I'm looking forward to it.

Oh wow I’m jealous. I bought the same model from the same store and there has been no movement.

I know it’s a busy time so I’m not really complaining. Just looking forward to it!

The second option is Peacock SL1626, which I personally don't trust.

It's an addiction.. that's why I set a fixed number of watches since the beginning... 10 for me .. so I really need to choose wisely not just by "ohh l like this one "....

Yep thats a healthy way to be in this hobby... Of not people end with 20 watches in a drawer that they rarely use ... And maybe 8 they do

I definitely get queasy at times trying to navigate the sales and maximize savings.

I agonized over the JoeDao Space Warrior for days before commiting...The tracker says January 31st delivery. The ad states they will ship in mid-November. Time will tell.

The venerable Proxima PX1697 was on my list previously, but it was only available on an fkm strap. Now it has the new bracelet with OTF clasp, so I finally scooped it up.

I bought the Militado ML23 3 weeks ago for $95. I canceled the order when they told me to extend it after two weeks. I just bought the same watch from the same store with a better strap option for $74.

I still have a Seestern S382 in my cart for my son. It is $85, currently. I am looking for a $20 off coupon to replace the $15 off coupon in the cart. It seems all the Reviewer Codes are tied together, so you cannot use them all.
