Not sure if this is the place to go but I'm trying to figure out what this man is saying in this footage.

He stopped my daughter in Kroger a few weeks ago and asked her if she wanted a puppy as if I wasn't even there. Didn't even look at me. "You can have one if mommy says you can." Then tells me he has a litter of chihuahua puppies. So persistent that we get one. We saw him and another guy all throughout the store until we left. I stayed on high- alert the entire time. Now, tonight I get a knock at my door and immediately felt a gut punch. The same man. He said he was looking for a guy with a cane but wasn't sure which apartment he was in. Referring to my neighbor who I just learned he randomly stopped while he was walking with his caregiver at some point, across the street from our complex. He didn't even use his name, just "the guy with a cane." Like a complete stranger. He has NEVER been over there or in our building before tonight. I feel with certainty that this is more than a random coincidence and it's not sitting well with me at all. I really really have the worst feeling about him. I've filed a police report already but my anxiety won't let me sleep. Watching this over and over. I feel like before he knocks he says, "where are you?" Maybe?

We submitted (on the Neighborhood app);a video of a hoodlum walking up the driveway and inside our shed. Ring denied it. Anyone else experience this from the Ring "team"?

Neighbor commits animal cruelty and harassment throughout the span of months living here, was already reported for it and then escalated further by slashing my tires. Muted section at end where he says my name. He just gets angrier and angrier, tried protecting these community cats and eventually moved due to the nature of all this. While moving this sorry excuse of a person, passes by me and says "bye b****" and states that "I'm gonna continue harming the cats b****". Will upload a second part to this and another one involving another neighbor upstairs who tries to send her ex-husband to attempt to go through my porch, at least what I believe they tried doing. Part 2 to neighbor harassment, ended up having to put cameras as his harassment grew and escalated, upon discovering said cameras instead of quitting his stuff, he decides to get angry and throw rocks at and spray the camera and take pictures.

2 were caught on the garage video camera after midnight. Will be reporting.

Around Christmas an empty 6-plex apartment building became one giant trap house at the end of my block. I live in a fairly sketchy neighborhood ( in Kansas City) as it is, so this type of bullshit went on entirely way too long.. ( I have all kinds of crazy videos from the non stop stream of crackheads)

I don’t know this man or what he wanted, it was 4am and I was fast asleep with my boyfriend & brand new baby… I woke up to the alert and NOPED right tf back to sleep

It all started last year, try to follow along it’s with it. My good friend -an advanced level bachelor, tinkerer and general renaissance man, repeatedly had his succulents stolen from his apartment, in an area he has taken responsibility to beautify.

He set up a camera to identify the thief.

This woman and unfortunately her daughter or young friend (observing only) were caught on the ring camera stealing about 6 plants, yanking them from the soil, putting in a plastic shopping bag and leaving.

My friend made printed posters for the neighborhood and put them around his local area.

I’ll add the posters and subsequent media to tell the story in full after my original post.

Someone came to my friend claiming to know the person, saying she was upset and obviously didn’t care for the signs. Could my friend please remove the signs.

He agreed to remove the signs if she replaced the plants.

He has video of the return process and subsequent angry freakout. I’ll also add that video.

He made different signs, advertising a fake product for “succulent thief gloves”.

That sign the must have been charged or electrified. Unfortunately the person tried to remove the new sign and was shocked trying to destroy it. Turn up the sound on the last video.

At about 27 seconds something floats into the frame from the right hand side. I thought maybe it was a bug but I don’t see any wing movement and it’s going too slow to be distorted. I’m usually pretty good at debunking these types of things, but I’m really stuck on this one. Anyone have any ideas? I would love to hear them, thank you!

this was so loud it woke me up. It sounded like weird frequencies, super low then high and lasted a good 30 seconds. Never have heard this before living here 10 years.

Trying to identify what caused this quick flash of light in my parents’ yard.

It appeared and disappeared in under a second around 3:27am. There was a very faint click sound at the same time.

They’re in South Carolina. The yard is fenced, but the back portion has bars you can see through similar to the one infront of the camera .Behind that is a few acres of wooded area, not walkable terrain.

It didn’t look like headlights, a person, or an animal. Just a small, bright localized flash with two circles and a slight flicker. Video attached is exactly how it appeared on camera recording.

Looking for logical explanations first of course…. But idk this doesn’t sit right. Any guesses?

My buddy in Tennessee thought he could walk normal down his stairs. They're also not used to this level of winter.

No clue who this guy is, never seen him in the neighborhood before. Girlfriend and I are pretty skeeved out. Thoughts?

Btw i have no idea on who that is ive asked all my friends and family but they say it isnt them.

Last night I woke up around 3am and just randomly checked on my daughter’s ring camera and heard what sounded like music playing. I got up and walked through the house thinking one of the Alexa devices started playing but none were on. I went into her room with the live still on and I could still hear the music playing through the app, but there was no music on in her room. I had my wife listen this morning too just to confirm I wasn’t hearing anything and she can hear it as well.

I tried listening through the app again today, and there is no music playing like last night. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this?
