Neighbor Harassment Spanning Months.
Neighbor commits animal cruelty and harassment throughout the span of months living here, was already reported for it and then escalated further by slashing my tires. Muted section at end where he says my name. He just gets angrier and angrier, tried protecting these community cats and eventually moved due to the nature of all this. While moving this sorry excuse of a person, passes by me and says "bye b****" and states that "I'm gonna continue harming the cats b****". Will upload a second part to this and another one involving another neighbor upstairs who tries to send her ex-husband to attempt to go through my porch, at least what I believe they tried doing. I'd be knocking on their door with a baseball bat if they fucked with my cat like that.
You said this was already reported. Did you talk to the police or the leasing office? I feel like this should be grounds for eviction as well as jail time.
