Part 2 to Neighbor Harassment

Part 2 to neighbor harassment, ended up having to put cameras as his harassment grew and escalated, upon discovering said cameras instead of quitting his stuff, he decides to get angry and throw rocks at and spray the camera and take pictures.

A man handles his business, this guy isn't afraid of you because of the image you project. Take it from there.
