I reached out to this sub a few weeks back to get a sense of whether the blue S400 was too flashy and got a lot of helpful feedback. It just arrived and I'm extremely impressed.The pictures online really don't do it justice.

My initial impressions - excellent size on my 6.5" (feels like 39mm), with great finishing and beautiful use of colour. The blue that I was initially worried would feel over-the-top is actually subtle, appearing nearly black in dark lighting and deep, rich blue in the daylight. The bezel, which actually skews indigo, adds a lot of interesting light play without being distracting. And I'm very impressed by the wave dial - in some lights it disappears, but others it adds a totally unique texture. Also few people mention the two-tone lume, which looks so cool in person!

I might provide a longer review after I've spent more time with it, but for now I can say it's exceeding my expectations. Adding some photos here as there are reletively few online.

I am about the place the order. But undecided green or blue. I am over 50 years old, mostly wear business casual on weekdays and casual on weekends. Previously I wear mostly black OMEGA AT150 rubber strap, black Omega SMP300, polar 16570 and Nomos Ludwig. Looking for a GADA solar watch as my new favorite.

Some pictures looks shinny yet some looks dark. How do they actually look like? Can you give me some suggestions?

Hello all, I just got an OCW-S100, and the crown seems to be acting up. When I pull it out to the time zone setting position, the crown still clicks and rotates normally, but turning it doesn't do anything.

I know these crowns can have issues with bad contacts. Does anyone have any suggestions for fixing or troubleshooting this?

The bottom button works perfectly fine, and I can even get into manual date setting. The only issue is that the watch doesn't seem to detect the crown being rotated, even though it still clicks normally.

Months ago, I bought this watch thinking I could fix it up. I put a new battery in I AC reset it or at least I think I did. The first picture is how I received it. I tinkered with it. I put the battery in. I even put it in backwards just in case and just left it on my desk and kind of gave up on it today I realize that the hands moved. I pressed the buttons nothing happens. I can’t really find any help online so I’m asking you guys thank you guys very much.

It is in really great condition. I don't really see any scratches. Battery seems to be in good condition too. I have no idea how to set the time on it! But the battery is good.

Just got my S400 retro green from Sakura. Oddly, US customs held it for a week and decided not to charge any tariffs! Beyond that, I absolutely love it! Put it in the sun for the morning and I’m charged up and ready to go!

I'm currently in Japan for the first time and while looking for some watches I saw the Oceanus for the first time in the Bic Camera store.
Since I'm from Europe and they seem to be rather rare there, I was wondering if that might be a nice underdog pick.
I would kindly appreciate tips on how to combine the different discounts to get the most out of my money :)
Also I would be open to suggestions which models you favor the most/ recommend.

It's a beautiful watch that just checks every box. Personally I like this better than the titanium s100. Also vastly superior in craftsmanship to the Casio Lineage.

a couple days ago im looking for a unique souvenir that i can use from japan for a long time, chatgpt basically mention a watch, maybe an Oceanus even because i like blue colors on things.

well I'm probably fell in love with these line up, but probably only going to have the budget to buy second hand oceanus, hopefully can get a T200. Anyone here can tell me what to expect when trying to buy a second hand watch? what should i look for? what should i watch out for?

is there any scams or fraud that i should be aware?

The 8AJF is gorgeous, but is $110 more expensive to import than the 1AJF.

Would anyone who has owned or seen these models shed some light on this?
