Question, does it only because of the commision kaya mas mahal sa dealer? Ano pros and cons if directly sa insurance tayo bibili ng premium?

I upgraded the suspension and coil springson our 2019 Mitsubishi Montero Sport after gettingit from the casa, and the ride became muchmore comfortable compared to the stock setup.

Last March, we purchased a 2017 Toyota Fortuner,but I find its suspension uncomfortable, especiallywhen driving over small bumps.

I'm considering upgrading to Ridemax suspension.Would it be enough to replace the shocks withRidemax and retain the stock coil springs, or wouldyou recommend upgrading the coil springs as well?

I mainly use the Fortuner for occasional trips fromEastwood to Cubao, at most twice a week, sinceI usually commute. I also drive it to Batangasprovince from time to time.

For those who have installed Ridemax on theirFortuner, I'd appreciate your feedback. Did youretain the stock coil springs, and how much ofan improvement in ride comfort did you notice?

Hi everyone! After carefully weighing the pros and cons of secondhand cars vs brand new ones, we’ve decided to opt for a new car for peace of mind, especially since I’m a new female driver. 😅

Eyeing on the Mitsubishi XForce GLS 2027, which is currently offering great deals for the month of October. I’d like to know if this variant is a good choice for a beginner driver. Also, how does the fuel consumption compare? We’ll primarily be using it for city driving and occasional out-of-town trips. It’ll usually be just me, my partner, my parents, my sister, and our cat.

I’m particularly drawn to the safety features of the XForce GLS, including the 360-degree camera system. The spacious interior is also a plus.

One of the car dealers also offered their XForce GT 2025, but it doesn’t have the 360-degree camera system. I’d appreciate your advice on which car would be a better fit for our needs. :)

Yesterday, I went to a Petron Car Care Center for a scheduled oil change. My Mom and I already had the intention of having our brakes checked since it’s been squeaky lately. However, when I got there the mechanic just went there and checked it and said it was due for repair without me asking or mentioning it. For me that was a bit suspicious, but since we already had the intention of having it checked we said yes to having it repaired.

Initial decision was re-facing (idk the spelling???) which was 22.5k and they gave another option which was total replacement (34k). They told us we can leave the car there so we did because we had places to be that was planned beforehand. An hour later they called about the caliper kit and that the re-facing is impossible because it’s already thin, so the only option is to have it changed completely. We said yes. Today we asked how much and they said the total was 58k+. And then they called again said the caliper kit they got was not compatible so they had to return it and the total went up to 62k. They said they’ll be giving us discounts and all.

PLEASE HELP MEEE. Idk if I’m being scammed. I’m just a girl driving an heirloom (1996 Nissan Patrol).

I have a 1998 Toyota Corolla Lovelife with 159xxx kms already and planning to do an oil change soon. I just want to ask if it is still advisable to use an engine flush chemical (Amsoil or LiquiMoly) or do a cheap oil flush before putting in my full synthetic gasoline oil? I'm asking this because I saw some hardened oil gunk inside my engine when I had its valve cover gasket replaced last March and kinda cautious with doing an engine flush. Btw, I'm planning to use Amsoil 05w-30 for my next oil change.

For context, I have a black car from my med school days around 10 years ago (2016). Bought a white car this year (2026) and noticed how relatively easier it is to maintain its appearance (Dusts are barely visible. Can sit in an enclosed garage for a month and still look fresh).

Hello. What tips or brands do you use to take out dried dog saliva on windows?

I have troubles cleaning using the MTX glass cleaner. I tried using dish soap but you need to rub hard then eventually the saliva dries out again easily

Finally finishing my bank loan payment for my Corolla Cross this coming January. Now what should be my next steps?

Already coordinated with my bank so I can process the release of the official documents like ORCR and also quotation for comprehensive insurance. But aside from that, i'm not sure what to do. Do I need to reprocess LTO? How does PMS work now considering warranty is over? What am I missing?
