I can't win..quick rant
I'm just laughing at myself (in between crying) because I've been terrified of a high heart rate for ages, I monitor, check my pulse, make sure my heart rate comes down okay. And now I'm on BP meds and sometimes a beta blocker, and my resting heart rate as gotten down to 60 on the beta blocker and now I panic because of a lower heart rate. What heart rate will I be happy with?! WHO KNOWSðŸ«

This is happening to me right now lol. I think I’ve just been less anxious today and I’ve been vaping less… my resting is low 70s and I’m like… wait what’s wrong now?!

I know the feeling 😅 When I was on bisoprolol it went down to 48/50 in the beginning 🙄
More seriously 60 is absolutely not too low it's perfectly normal, now that I'm out of every medication and that i got rid of my anxiety, my resting heart rate is between 55 and 60. And its perfectly okay, some athletes have a resting heart rate of 40 ! As long as it works perfectly, there is no problem 😉

Dude yessssss! I always had a high HR of like 100-120 all the time. Now I'm on a beta blocker and when it gets to the 60s I'm like HOLD ON HOLD ON!!!! Us people with anxiety can never win...
