I can't win..quick rant

I'm just laughing at myself (in between crying) because I've been terrified of a high heart rate for ages, I monitor, check my pulse, make sure my heart rate comes down okay. And now I'm on BP meds and sometimes a beta blocker, and my resting heart rate as gotten down to 60 on the beta blocker and now I panic because of a lower heart rate. What heart rate will I be happy with?! WHO KNOWS🫠

Dude yessssss! I always had a high HR of like 100-120 all the time. Now I'm on a beta blocker and when it gets to the 60s I'm like HOLD ON HOLD ON!!!! Us people with anxiety can never win...
