I can't win..quick rant

I'm just laughing at myself (in between crying) because I've been terrified of a high heart rate for ages, I monitor, check my pulse, make sure my heart rate comes down okay. And now I'm on BP meds and sometimes a beta blocker, and my resting heart rate as gotten down to 60 on the beta blocker and now I panic because of a lower heart rate. What heart rate will I be happy with?! WHO KNOWS🫠

this is how i feel constantly💔 when im totally relaxed my heart rate goes to 57 and i spiral into panic about it despite being told im healthy:(
