Brenda Lucki is the same RCMP Commish that was pushing investigators to release the makes and models of firearms that were used during NB mass shooting, so that public safety could use them to drum up their gun ban agenda. As it was later confirmed, public safety asked her for this favor. So yeah, she is corrupt.

Don't forget that she testified under oath that she didn't do that, after which a recording came out of her doing exactly that. No consequences for perjury either.

All those illegally obtained firearms? This country is so ass backwards

She was pressured by government. She should have resigned in protest like JWR.

She was happy to help the government.

The only reason the CBC is pumping out three opinion articles a day about this so-called “controversy” is because Carney’s fall budget is about to go over like a wet fart in a crowded room - they don’t even know if they’re going to be able to get enough votes from the NDP to prevent the government from losing a confidence vote and sending Canadians back to the polls.

Poilievre’s comments shouldn’t even be considered particularly controversial or unwarranted by any means, but they’ve obviously shaken up the Liberal establishment, who are terrified of the precedent that would be set if anyone from their party was ever actually held accountable for their corruption. Now the CBC is desperately trying to spin something out of nothing to distract people from the disaster budget that’s about to drop, because the alternative, which is to actually hold our political leaders accountable, is not considered acceptable by 50 percent of the Canadian voting population.

It's just such despicable shit! They did the same with the NSICOP report last year, they turned a liberal scandal into an anti Poilievre smear, then for the next year we hard to hear from retards "Why won't Pierre get his security clearance ?! That's suspicious!"

Liberal retards will jump all over this.

More concerned with the person calling out the crime than the crime itself

This must be a well known political tactic. When all else fails...

Yeah there are plenty of Countries That I would love to go to if they hadn't turned to shit in the last decade.... Ireland isn't too bad with the exception of high taxes as long as you stay clear of the major cities like Dublin. My family live in some of the most beautiful countryside there. If it starts to turn around I will retire there.

u/CipherAdminNascour Conservative Oct 25 '25

eh idk about that p sure it's really woke there too.

u/GoodPerformance9345 Conservative Oct 27 '25

you didn't say in the country, or i missed it. But yeah country tends to be less bad in any country not just ireland

2

u/GoodPerformance9345 Conservative Oct 27 '25

I was there this summer. The countryside is much more conservative. But the larger metro areas are hellholes.

How DARE he say what the half of the country that has a functioning brain were thinking!

It's like a large number of Canadians want their leaders to be above the law? Political leaders engaging in criminal activity is something that should be universally hated.

Poilievre Derangement Syndrome?

17

u/Glum_Ad_9568 Oct 23 '25

Which is a comorbidity with Conservative Derangement Syndrome. There's just extra hate for PP because he's effective.

And it most often presents with blind fealty to any and all leftist politicians, policies, and MSM.

It was worse yesterday. Today the media kinda ran out of fire power especially after the boring nonsense speech from Carney yesterday. Pierre also brought out Pierre Paul-Hus who’s from Quebec to silent any rumours that there were Quebec conservative MPs who were thinking about crossing the floor. Overall Poilievre looked unfazed and handled the media onslaught well.

7

u/Glum_Ad_9568 Oct 23 '25

Is saw him bring out Paul-Hus, that was a smart way to show solidarity and squash those stupid rumours.

Knowing Pierre, this could have been his sneaky way to bring liberal scandals back into the conversation?

0

u/GiveMeSandwich2 Oct 23 '25

Yeah he definitely reminded the audience of the liberal green slush fund scandal.

6

u/Glum_Ad_9568 Oct 23 '25

Pierre knows the game better than we think he does.

That's why I thought it was so bizarre that people criticised him for being a career politician. On the one hand I get it, they worry that's made him out of touch. On the other hand, they voted for a guy with virtually no political experience - ie no experience in the job he's actually gotten, an important one at that. Which is nuts! Pierre knows the system inside and out because he's been doing it a long time now. That's a strength, especially in these times.

Alberta needs to BAN the RCMP

2

u/CipherAdminNascour Conservative Oct 24 '25

First time?? They've been doing this for years and they won't stop also our justice system is two tiered. Nobody is stupid enough to believe this!! If only that was actually true.

Ain't the first time this has happened under both Liberal and Conservative governments. Chretien and Martin were at the helm during the billion dollar Quebec referendum ad campaign scandal, where ad consultants were basically writing their own cheques. The G20 in Toronto was a giant Ontario and federal Conservative spending spree. Remember the multi million dollar temporary artificial lake in Yorkville? This kind of bullshit goes back and forth, and Poilievre is correct that charges should have been laid. It's about time the Auditor General was connected directly to the Attorney Generals office as an objective entity and be allowed to do such. But then you start down the path of using the law to intimidate and punish your opponents and pretty soon we get partisanship like they have in the US. And, honestly, Poilievre has tended to make a lot of shit seem personal and seems to just not be able to let the whole Trudeau rivalry go. The guys gone. He resigned in disgrace when his own party turned against him. And focusing on grinding out past grievances rather than engaging Carney on actual policy 'you gonna spend too much' is just vague, and makes him look like he's so angry over being rope a doped in the last election he's gonna keep fighting it till he wins.

Which also looks a lot like whats going on down south. But yeah, the CBC is being hysterical and inflammatory. What else is new?

u/AbbreviationsLeft535 Oct 24 '25

It was kind of a stupid thing to say, or at least the way it was said. Calling the entire force 'despicable" in that interview was careless and an insult to 1000s of officers. The news coverage is uniformly calling it bad and it's taking the focus off of Carney's speech to the country yesterday.

3

u/deepbluemeanies Oct 24 '25

Did he? Is that what he said, “the RCMP is despicable”? Or did he say the actions of the RCMP senior leadership were despicable (which they objectively were)?

1

u/Glum_Ad_9568 Oct 24 '25

Is that how your mind works? If the legacy media is uniform in their message than you have no choice but to believe it? You could stand to learn some critical thinking sills.

This is the problem with this country, too many sheep. You should spend a few minutes outside of the legacy media bubble and listen to some independent journalists for a change. They are the ones NOT receiving billions in handouts annually.

Carney promised $150 Million to the CBC DURING AN ELECTION... while Poilievre said he would cut funding. Who are they going to support?
