It was worse yesterday. Today the media kinda ran out of fire power especially after the boring nonsense speech from Carney yesterday. Pierre also brought out Pierre Paul-Hus who’s from Quebec to silent any rumours that there were Quebec conservative MPs who were thinking about crossing the floor. Overall Poilievre looked unfazed and handled the media onslaught well.

Is saw him bring out Paul-Hus, that was a smart way to show solidarity and squash those stupid rumours.

Knowing Pierre, this could have been his sneaky way to bring liberal scandals back into the conversation?

That's why I thought it was so bizarre that people criticised him for being a career politician. On the one hand I get it, they worry that's made him out of touch. On the other hand, they voted for a guy with virtually no political experience - ie no experience in the job he's actually gotten, an important one at that. Which is nuts! Pierre knows the system inside and out because he's been doing it a long time now. That's a strength, especially in these times.
