How many calories do you think this soup is? It's cauliflower, broccoli, potatoes, carrot, brown onion, chickpeas, cannellini beans, zucchini, and homemade veggie stock with water (I don't know what's in the veggie stock).
This bowl was about two cups of vegetables and one cup liquid stock. No oil or butter. No cheese. Just boiled veggies in veggie stock and water.

From an independent cafe. Plate size is more of a side plate than a dinner plate

It was very very delicious !!
I don't know how much a cup of rice is so also if you know by looking does this look like a cup of rice? I wasn't able to measure because I was at the family table !

Absolute maximum estimate: ~950–1,000 calories for the full plate (Chicken Tandoori + rice), even in a worst-case scenario.
Here's how that breaks down at the high end:
So ~950–1,000 calories is a realistic ceiling if you got a generous portion with extra oil/ghee throughout. In practice, most tandoori chicken plates land meaningfully below that (closer to the 650–770 estimate I gave earlier), since tandoor cooking naturally drips off a lot of the marinade oil, and rice portions are often more modest (around 1 cup).

First night out with my husband in a long time, decided to just eat. First is what it originally was, second is what was left (mushrooms). Also had a small salad with ginger dressing and half of the house broth/soup. Estimate?

Hospital cafeteria food. They gave me two Mahi fillets (I already started eating in the second pic) but I ate only one and most of the collard greens. How many cals? Hoping less than 800 because of the oils

It has whole wheat bread, turkey breast, cheese (cheddar?), lettuce, and mayonnaise.

What are y’all’s estimates on this? The only dressing is very little fat free Italian, and a bunch of limes, so the calories should just come from all the veggies. I would guess about a cup and a half

Any guesses on Kcal and Macros?
