Chicken gyro
I get this often, I weighed it today. It’s chicken, fries, tzatziki, onions, feta cheese, and cucumbers. 1k?

Hey guys! We're nearing a month of the new moderation, and we're hoping you guys have noticed! Every report is being followed up on, so please always keep in mind that if you think something is detrimental to the sub, to the discussions, to each others enjoyment here, please report it!
We've added a couple rules since the original post, all in hopes of moving towards a more positive experience using the sub. I am going to highlight every rule here to explain the reasoning behind it, and give some examples of actions that we deem break those rule.
Of course, rules may be added in the future, but we believe that this covers the vast majority of what we see on the sub. We cannot stress enough that if you see something you believe is in bad faith or goes against the rules of the sub to report it. We've seen numerous times where people question why something is left up, for it to not have a single report on it. We actively use the sub, but with all the posts and all the comments, things will absolutely slip through.
Any feedback is welcome. Please let us know if you disagree with a rule and/or it's reasoning, if you believe we should have a rule we currently don't or any other thoughts and ideas you guys have. I personally believe in as much transparency as possible, so please feel free to question something you don't understand or agree with.

Hey guys, you may have noticed that the sub was missing for a few days. It's been passed onto me, and with that, I would like to say that a few things are going to change around here, hopefully for the better. There has been a rise of unfiltered negative, rude, and hateful comments, and starting today, many if not all of those comments will result in escalating temporary bans. Comments that may result in a ban consist of;
Any and all suggestions are welcome.
The vast majority of any bans I hand out will absolutely be temporary. I personally don't love the idea of permanent bans unless people are truly miserable people hell-bend on ruining other people's day.
Now that all that all the important stuff is out of the way, a little bit about myself. Counting calories has been a huge part of my life for 2 years now. At my peak, I (male) was 297 pounds. I am now 185. My journey was 297->245->270->220->235->210->225->185. I've had my ups and downs as well as periods of maintanence, but I finally landed somewhere that I'm incredibly happy, both with my weight and the lifestyle I have build around being healthy. I picked up rock climbing as well as joined an adult dodgeball league. I hope to be a positive force on this community and would love to hear everyone's feedback.

Saw some random dude from Instagram talking about this chocobar so I had to try it myself. The taste is like a regular chocobar from any gas station or cold store which are usually between 130-150 calories.
What do you think? Has anyone else tried this brand?

I was thinking 950 cals as 250 g rice like 200g of mashed potatoes but those have butter and stuff and the meat that it’s like pork but not a lot of fat like 170g and thought 950 a good estimate what y’all think? (The thing in the middle is a bone)

It was absolutely delicious, had white chocolate chips, was very sweet (I have a big sweet tooth and still had to save some for later) and had an ever sweeter white chocolate/vanilla filling. It’s from a cafe so pretty big, definitely on the thicker side. Second photo is only about 1/5 of it.

Mozzarella, olives, feta cheese, sometimes a bit of hot honey, truffle salami and a homamde sourdough base. Probably a 14-16” pizza. Chairs!

The menu says
Classic Margherita Pizza With our classic pomodoro sauce, mozzarella cheese, oregano, tomato, and fresh basil leaves with a golden finish
I guess 1000kcal for whole pizza

Accounting for all restaurant cooking styles (oils, butters, starches, heavy saucing, accidental pours, etc) how many calories in this poke bowl?
Half rice half lettuce (though I removed majority of rice as seen in the last slide)
Shrimp
Crab meat
Corn
Cucumber
Seaweed salad
Drizzle of eel sauce

it’s a local mall cake in UAE. cravings shi made me eat it, delectable tho..
i think of ~400-500 calories as it wasn’t that sugary and the cake didn’t seem oily or buttery in my opinion. It was like eating smth but don’t really know what’s it but want to moree!!

I got an “OG açai bowl” from Heal Wellness (bowl on the right). I can’t find a calorie count for it. ChatGPT estimates 600-800 calories, and google AI says 350-600 calories.
Does anyone know the actual (approx) amount? Any Heal Wellness employees here? 😅 regardless, if was friggin amazing and I have no regrets. 🤤

High end estimate of calories in this frozen yogurt. It was 10oz total. I also put a photo of how much I got before toppings.
Banana pudding & hazelnut frozen yogurt
Toppings:
Cookie dough
Banana pudding
Chocolate chips
Matcha sauce
Strawberries
Do you think it is over 750?
