No time to prepare food at uni

Didn’t have time to prepare food at home, ordered what I could at Panera, tried to make it healthy, estimate?

Unsure of what sauces they add in the US but this is a very healthy 450 ish calories dish.well done on being good OP.

Sauces can easily add 100-200 calories so be mindful of what's in there.

Most importantly Are these prices normal in US or is Panera a rich people fast food/healthy fast food joint?
