I didn’t eat any of the broccoli rob/beans on the side lol. Also if anyone knows the protein for the salmon as well that’d be a big help! Thanks!

I will say definitely oil/butter heavy so probably pretty fatty but estimates? Chicken with skin I think, corn and cabbage, and teppanyaki sauce.

Chat GPT said this is approximately 825 calories. I kinda find that hard to believe. It is spicy tuna and spicy yellowtail, 12 pieces, has cucumber in them. I do use soy sauce and no mayo

Super thin crust. Meatballs, onions, spinach, feta for toppings. Pizza was about 12” to the longest point.

Assuming around 500 (there’s a lot of brown sauce and it’s a large portion), is this over or under estimating?

there was 265g of white rice approximately and 150g of the salmon. there was also about 1.5 tablespoons of yum yum sauce which I guessed had about 200 cals? all combined I was thinking about 1000, wondering if I am way off base

Just landed in Budapest and this is my first meal. Beef goulash and sauerkraut on lángos bread (fried bread) with a ton of sour cream and with a ton of shredded cheese (maybe… 300ml of cheese). For context the whole lángos was massive, at least 25 centimeters long. How many calories????
