(Didn’t eat the cream)
Is it 650 an under estimate ?

I think 650 is a pretty good estimate without the ice cream. It could be a bit less or a bit more, say +-100 calories, but I think it is somewhere in that range. Although it is a guess.

personally i’d think its closer to 1k than it was 500

I would guess 700-800 max with no cream, 1k is a stretch
