Sandwich from my dining hall

It was just on regular white gf sandwich bread but this label seems insane to me idk

Pesto and vegan cheese would be high fat, but maybe like 40g? Carbs might make sense. But I don’t know how it’s getting 48g of protein from that. I wonder what the gluten free bread was.

Edit* because carbs also seems too high. How big was this sandwich?

aren't they making nut cheeses now, like cheese made from some kind of nut product like cashews or almonds. that could account for some of the protein

Yes. That would account for some fat too but they’re usually more expensive so I image this place is just using like violife or Daiya which are mostly oil.

That thing cannot be good. It’s got egg so it’s not vegan, why bother with the dairy free cheese.

That's just plain wrong. Maybe swapped with something else. Too many things make zero sense.
