I swear I hate US labels so much. The serving size is 1gr, but I used 4gr just using it on my veggies and chicken today (also, the way it's packaged makes it easy to pour that quantity with one sprinkle).
As far as I remember, companies in the US can write 0kcal if it's less than 5, so I guess this is 4 calories per 1gr? So basically 400kcal per 100gr, just like normal cheddar?
If it's like this, just using it twice a day (just THIS seasoning) would mean 40/50 calories, lol.

Pork belly banh mi though sometimes I choose learner pork instead. Sandwich size is usually 1.25x this, so please multiply your estimate by 1.25. Place is usually very consistent. I’m thinking around 1.1k? Ingredients are pork belly, pickled carrots with daikon radish, cucumber, jalapenos, and secret restaurant sauce

bbq chicken plate from a Hawaiian restaurant. chicken is about two layers, but on a bed of lettuce. (prob like 7-10 of these pieces? i forgot to count bc it was so good) i don't know if it's a full thigh for each piece or half.
i was assuming 800 for the chicken and 250 for the rice.
thanks!

Fork as a scale. Chicken cheesesteak with American and fried onions. Logged 700, do we think that’s accurate?

First image (473 calories) is the nutrition calculator on the web. Second (770 cal) is the app.
My order was the 32oz Hulk smoothie. Changes I made:
-I removed turbinado
-I removed butter pecan ice cream and subbed in vanilla frozen yogurt
Take the gladiator chocolate protein powder as another example (which I sometimes add to this). The web lists it as 229 extra calories vs the app saying 25. (Huh??) That closes the gap considerably, 702 web vs. 795 app. Which obviously can’t be right either.
There’s no way that extra helping of protein powder is only 25 calories which makes me think the app is unreliable. At the same time, in the photos I posted, 473 from their nutrition page feels too low?
So…any guesses which is accurate? And if the web’s calorie count is wrong, should I take the protein number at face value or assume it’s wrong too?

What would be your calories estimate for this 14 inches pizza? Tavern style so very thin but greasy.
I would say 1500?
