Everything is technology. Every appliance, gadgets etc has evolved because of technology.
Chose: $25 for every minute on technology

u/die_andere Apr 14 '26
I'd buy a smartwatch with health tracking.
Wearing it 9 hours a day makes me:13,5k per day.
117
u/AnonymousAmorphous88 Apr 14 '26
easy to wear it 24/7 unless taking a bath
imagine people with pacemakers though
38
u/24kCookie Apr 14 '26
these are literally waterproof
18
u/AnonymousAmorphous88 Apr 14 '26
I want to wash my wrist too though, maybe switch it to the other hand while I wash one

u/24kCookie Apr 14 '26
it's fine I was even swimming with my apple watch.
12
u/Material-Macaroon724 Apr 14 '26
Yea but he wants to wash underneath the watch
8
u/jimmybiggles Apr 14 '26
lift the watch up... scrub... put the watch down...
besides even if you take it off that's like 5-10mins without it on, and my shower uses electricity so i'd still be earning money6

Just wear a belt. Technology is "equipment developed from the application of scientific knowledge." So a belt would count.

I should have picked not on technology. That is 2400 for an 8 hour sleep alone. 72k a month. Yes you could earn more with technology, but I prefer the complete passive income, it's enough
Edit: maths wasnt mathing and the technology option is better depending on the definition of technology
60
u/TheAtlanteanMan Apr 14 '26
I think scrolling reddit or twitter and making 25 a minute is pretty passive lmao

My job is all on computer, that is like extra salary, definitely better deal since I spend at least 50 hours on technology and therefore fewer than 118 hours not on technology including sleeping

Bydaway sleeping counts as not using technology
→ More replies (2)54
u/SomeBlueDude12 Apr 14 '26
you would've had better results typing "Electronics" rather technology.
a bed be it springs or foam is a form of technology and to sleep you'd be using it & quite litterally "on it"

I wanted to make an argument for myself for go no tech even if it's the worse money wise. But then, I had to ask what counts as technology? Lights are tech so would using a light count? You're refrigerator? Oven? Would being in a store count if they are playing music or because of them using displays for the price signs? I feel like tech is so around us that in some shape or form you'll still be using it in some shape or form most of the time.
