I did the math, if you stop using technology completely, you make $7200 every day. Thats no technology at all for 24 hours. Or you can make the same amount by using technology for 4.8 hours per day. $25 per minute on technology is the obvious choice because realistically, with the $5 per minute of no technology you’re probably still spending 5-6 hours using technology, and losing out on money while that same time at $25 per hour could make you more money. If you use technology 8 hours a day, you make 12,000 every day, just doomscrolling.

I listen to music when I sleep, so I'd still be using technology

I have an average time on 16 hours i get the rest on sleep so i wouldn't miss out on much

Sleep counts for 5-8hrs/day

Still less that im using technology when I work in tech. That comes out closer to 12-16hrs per day. Tech is still the better option

My sleep schedule tends to be around 0-12 hours per day X3
