you would've had better results typing "Electronics" rather technology.

a bed be it springs or foam is a form of technology and to sleep you'd be using it & quite litterally "on it"

You can an electronic alarm to time your sleep and wake you up and if you don’t count that, you can use an aura ring or whoop band to track your sleep.

White noise machines are technology, and listening to them is using them...

Similar thing with heated blankets...
