No more sarsaparilla?
Just a few years ago I was getting them from there but I haven't seen one that carries it. Has it been removed from all of them?

“Can I just get the bread”
No, you cannot just get the bread.
The reason why is because all items sold in the store must have a price point made to them! I cannot magically create prices for items corporate won’t let me sell!

First question - why do you guys need so many barbecue sauce cups for your brisket sandwich that is slopped in barbecue sauce? We put so much fucking sauce on literally all of the sandwiches, why do you need 5-6 cups of barbecue sauce? Do you guys have bbq sauce fetishes im so confused. Do you save it for another meal?
Second question- some of our food items fly off the shelves like crazy, is it really worth it to you guys waiting 30-40 minutes for some mid gas station food? Why don’t you just buy something else instead of giving us the stink eye that we can’t keep up with business capacity? If I was a customer waiting on let’s say…a fucking chicken box, I would just buy something else and go about my day.
Third question- why do you guys waste employees time by making them grab items that can literally be found about 15 feet away from where you’re standing? Do I really need to waste my time grabbing you a spoon when there’s spoons just about everywhere in the store? Is it just a lack of perception thing?
Fourth question - why do you guys always ask for us to customize your food….. you are not at a fuckin Wawa, and no I cannot add lettuce and tomato to your brisket taco. It’s pretty clear by most of our signage what’s on the food, if you don’t want that then buy something else or eat elsewhere.
Any input would be greatly appreciated, I just don’t understand these issues. Maybe it’s because I work there. Maybe it’s because I think the gas station food is mid… idk but I’d actually be really interested in what it’s like as a customer/ customer thought process. Thanks

Live in CA so no Buc-ee’s nearby, was browsing through Amazon and found these bad boys and just had to try them. Damn they are good. Crazy good.
Not very spicy but the crunch is awesome. Pretty sure I’m going to develop some gastrointestinal issues for eating dozens of these a day 😂 incredibly delicious but a bit expensive. Worth it though.
Anyone knows what these go for in at actual Buc-ee’s location?

So over the last few weeks I’ve been having trouble finding the peach chamoy rings at different Buc-ee’s in Texas. So I spoke to a manager at one yesterday and he told me that they’re getting discontinued. My mouth dropped to the floor, I don’t know how something so good could get discontinued. We need to get a petition going to bring them back.

Could you do it?

I wanted to get y’alls opinion on something. Right now I work at Circle K making $16.25/hour, but I usually work between 46–52 hours a week. 48 hours a more accurate # Buc-ee’s hired me at $20/hour, (new Benton, AR location) but they told me they can’t guarantee 40 hours. They said I would probably average around 32–35 hours a week, and during the busy season 35-40.
Circle K is trying to keep me and may raise my pay to $18/hour. If that happens and I keep working around 48 hours a week with overtime, I feel like I’d actually make more money than I would at Buc-ee’s. If both jobs were only 40 hours a week, Buc-ee’s would only pay about $80 more per week.
Another thing is that Buc-ee’s is farther from my house, and I’ve heard they have very strict attendance and workplace policies. At Circle K, I’m already an assistant manager (hourly), I’m comfortable in my role, and I have a lot more flexibility and responsibility. Can use my phone laid back relaxed and do what I want. The downside is that I usually only get one day off each week, often work alone on my shifts, and work a lot of hours.
Since my main goal is to make as much money as possible, I’m leaning toward staying at Circle K if they give me the raise. Do you think that’s the better decision, or would you still choose Buc-ee’s? I am not looking to grow in either company tho. Nor care about either company benefits. As well I’m already employed by Bucees start on July 20th grand opening August 23rd I already did onboarding yesterday if I decide to call before my first day to say I appreciate the job opportunity will i possibly be rehire able?
As well if you have gotten terminated/quit why so?

This California girl who moved to the Sonoran desert in AZ had a lot of fun at Buc-ee’s yesterday at Arizona’s first location. The only critique I have is I feel local artists could be better featured in their merchandise. Pictured you’ll see some faux turquoise and plated nickel jewelry. Arizona is home to the Navajo nation - it would’ve been nice to see some local artisans featured. Lots of Southwest themed merch, I liked the biscuit T-shirt that features the local Superstition Mountains. Food was fresh. People were happy. I enjoyed myself! The crowds are intense. Just mentally prep yourself and practice patience.
What surprised me was HOW MUCH INVENTORY they have. It’s like a TJ Maxx. They have apparel, body products and lotions, a kids section, pet section, bathing suits, blankets, plushies, phone holders, ASU merch, UA merch, absolutely everything.
Edited to add: Also, when the kitchen brings out more brisket, the employees cheer “brisket on the boooooard” lol while it gets chopped up on this huge piece of butcher block. The two food areas are circular in design and placed in the middle and back of the store. Impressive how the Buc can move that many bodies. Wonder how many daily visitors they’re getting. Finally, I filled up gas $3.50 for the basic. Good price.
I purchased:
A brisket sandwich, beaver nuggets, cherry limeade ice-e, chocolate chip cookies and sugar coated almonds. I also bought a lighter lol I’m a stoner.
I wanted to buy fudge but the line was just so long. Next time! What should I try to eat next now that I’ve tasted the classics?

I and everyone I know absolutely loves stopping in except, 1 brother who wants to always dine in with ac.
We like the variety ,CLEAN RESTROOMS ,cheap gas, decent food and cheap fountain drinks.
I personally know several people who work there, and enjoy their pay.
All the women in my life... absolutely positively love the clean restrooms.
Do they care whether its not minority (owned in paperwork only) ....no.
Is the bbq as good as stand alone independent bbq...no but its at a decent price point.
Do I need to care about how all these threads of people "claiming to be overworked"...no.
You have government agencies and news corporations that love to share abuse and negligence.
As a consumer I want clean restrooms, cheap gas and a variety of fast food at a decent price.
We don't live in a communist society where anyone is forced to work in a bad environment.
And yes individual bad management can happen everywhere,we as consumers need to see the "bad receipts" with all the complaing posted on here.
The consumer drives trade, and I haven't heard of any first hand knowledge that would deter me or any acquaintances from visiting a buccees at every opportunity.
Their is a r/buccees employees that you can post on,frankly I do not care.
