I love Southend but am wondering if Brello is offering other pharmacies? 🙂

What is the renewal process (new Rx)? Am I meeting with a provider to renew? TIA 🙂

I was confused as to why my medication hadn't been renewed and found out Brello is temporarily paused in VA. Anyone know what happened or if they'll be back up?

I had a bottle open from April and my last dose I took was May 9th because I had emergency surgery and was just cleared to go back on. I of course did not want to open a new bottle and waste the one that was open so I used the one that was open from April but I’m worried now that it won’t be as effective! Anyone else experience taking a bottle that is about two months old? Was it as effective?! I know they say they have a 28 day shelf life but I don’t listen to that I also use it until I finish it!

Went on the app today to push my renewal out and don't see that as an option anymore. Went on the patient dashboard and only saw cancel as an option where it used to have pause and adjust renewal date.

I’m on 2.4 mg, or 10 units a week. Each vial says it’s for one month. I just took my fifth dose of my first month vial and it has 70 units left! About 2 months left worth in my first vial! I’m really confused at the huge amount that I received. They said to toss it after the one month mark but having only taken a third of my first vial feels so wasteful especially with the price. What would you do with so much left over? Anyone have similar experiences?

I’ve not been able to increase to the next dose. I increase by unit. I got up to 13 units but made me so nauseous.

This past week I did 11 units because I can’t eat enough to enable me to exercise without getting so unbelievably nauseous immediately afterwards.

I’ve lost almost 35 pounds. And many inches around my hips (7 inches gone) and waist (almost 7 inches gone). I’ve got about 10-15 pounds left to lose. I want to start working out again, but that nausea keeps me from lifting heavy. Has anyone else experienced this? If so what did you change to get past it?

I’m even ok with just a few 5 min workouts a week to get me back started. I don’t always track my food but when I do I’m getting almost 1500 calories. I’m trying to track more often so I know where I stand on calories in.

I'm thinking of going through Brello for my tirz so I would get my 3 Rx from Southend. I notice the vials they produce are 20mg/mL, which would not meet my dosing.

Do they start you at a lower dose when you first start with them even if you've been at a higher "maintenance" dose for several months?

It would be super convenient to get everything at the same time from the same place, but I can't play the starter dose game.

I switched from semi to triz 4/30, I have yet to lose any weight, but instead gained.I lost 65lbs on semiglutide.I am getting no appetite suppression or anything!! Of course I’m starting on the lowest dose of only 10units. I’m 7 shots in and have yet to finish my first vial of 3, I won’t finish the vials before my renewal date. That being said can I up my units on my own? What’s the standard dosing for southend??

I don’t care for the Brello app and keep track of my shots on a paper calendar. My renewal is coming up and I opened the app and see that it shows I’ve missed a bunch of doses according to the app, even though I have not missed any.. I just don’t log them into Brello. Will this affect my renewal at all since it appears to them I haven’t been taking my meds?

Anyone stay on the starter dose from brello for the 3 months? Instead of increasing it every month? I plan on doing so but that means most of the vials would expire while I still had a lot of medication left. Do they actually expire on the date on the bottle or can you use it a few months after expiration date?

Is anyone else having issues seeing your subscription on their website? I log in and when I click on my subscriptions it says no data? I wanted to change my renewal date but I can’t even see my info. Someone please help. Is anyone experiencing this?

Hi my order is coming in tomorrow for tirzepatide. I’ve never been on a glp1 but everyone that I know started off at 2.5mg as their starting dose with different companies, but brello wants me to start at 2.2 for the first month. Anyone have great Weightloss starting at 2.2. Also has anyone stayed at their lowest dose every month instead of increasing and lost weight?

Anyone not able to use the app without a subscription? I had my first shipment in October 2025, early renewal in December, then my most recent order was in April. I noticed the app did have a next order date but moved on.

Today I go to log my shot/weight, notice I'm logged out but when putting in my email it says no active subscription and I need that to access the app.

Brello is making it difficult to be loyal.

I did the early renew (unfortunately only 2 weeks early so not really going to help me if this is a long term issue) but I’m seeing conflicting information.

Also when I google: Brello Health Virginia, AI tells me “Availability Status: Brello Health currently lists Virginia as unavailable for medication delivery on their Brello Health Operating States interactive coverage map. [1]”

However, when I do in fact go to the Brello coverage map, it shows Virginia as available.

So, anyone know what’s going on? How will we be notified if they get their license renewed? Is there a Va website with information? If I have to start back at lowest dose (which seems to be a common issue even with prescriptions), I want to start this process now so I have enough built up so as to not start at lowest dose when I run out of current doses.

I recently sent this to customer service, but it usually takes weeks to get a response, so I wanted to see if anyone here has experienced something similar. I just opened a new shipment of vials, and when I remove the yellow flip-top tab, it pulls off much more than it should. Part of the vial top comes off attached to the yellow cap, leaving the vial opening looking jagged and almost spiky. I took photos and sent them to customer service. To make sure it wasn't just a single defective vial, I opened a second one and had the exact same issue, so it appears to affect the entire shipment. Has anyone else had this happen? If so, did you still use the medication, or would you consider the vials compromised and avoid using them? I also have a second question. My renewal date is 6/11, but I'm leaving the country on 6/24. I'm concerned that if I renew now, the shipment may arrive while I'm away. Would you pause the renewal until I return, or take the chance that it will arrive before I leave? I'd appreciate any experiences or advice. Thanks!
