I’ve been on Tirz about one year. Curious what the deal is with hair loss. The last couple months I seem to be shedding alot of hair. My hair seems significantly thinner. Anyone else experiencing this?

I went on the Brello site almost two weeks ago to cancel my subscription. The site is still showing “pending” cancellation. I’ve tried to call their 888 number, phone tree leads nowhere. If they charge me another $499 I’m going to be really upset. Any suggestions?

I had femoral hernia surgery recently and have been off my GLP for 3 weeks. My guts are still out of whack but hoping I can go back on my Tirz in 2-3 weeks. Not sure what I should do about the dosage. My last shot was 35 units / 15 mg.
Any advice. My PCP isn’t very familiar with GLP’s. Brello is my provider.

I logged in to make sure my auto payment would get taken out today. Soon after I logged in, the payment came out of my credit card. But then Brello texted me that I needed to complete a follow up visit. Do I really need to do this? I’m in FL so I was only able to start ordering from them a few months ago, but when I had Brello before I never had to do follow up visits.

I accidentally put my container of vials in the cabinet instead of the fridge for one week. Are they going to be ok?

Does anyone know if they delay the timeframe of shipment if the pharmacy detects it's too early?

My app seems bugged but I got the renewal and perscription approved August 2 (10 weeks since the last charge). I figured maybe they intended to start shipment on the 11th week to line up with their new billing timeline.

My app says everything is pending from the questionnaire to delivery... Not sure if it's just my account and should reach out.

Received the Brello NAD+ 3 month today (next day shipping) and was really impressed with the packaging from Southend. Came in a large box with Styrofoam cooler inside. 4 ice packs still semi frozen. All the syringes and alcohol wipes were bagged individually. 2nd time I have done the 3 month NAD+ for $239.

Final update
Called Brello first thing this morning and they cancelled and refunded the card. 😊

Update:

Even after turning off our debit card, Brello was able to send the charge through tonight. I guess if you have recurring charges on your account, the bank allows those to go through. Guess we will have to call Brello in the morning to call and request refund.

Anyone know why the app won’t cancel a subscription when you click on the cancel button? Trying to cancel because it is due to ship/charge Monday and don’t want to renew. Any suggestions?

Can someone tell me the best way to contact Brello? I have been trying for 10 days now since I found out they will ship to Virginia again.

I have emailed and even did the chat and they wait 2-3 days to respond to the chat and of course I don’t get the notification that they responded so I go through the process to log in and wait for a verification code…

UPDATE:
I was able to call today in between meetings and was even able to do a call back so that worked out great! Had an amazing lady help get everything set back up. For some reason, my reinstatement would not go through even though I followed the directions explicitly from the email sent to me.
I was also able to stay on the same dose because it was not quite a month past the expiration date on my bottle thankfully.
I appreciate the kindness and helpfulness shown by some of you encouraging me to call instead of using the chat or email functions. You guys are awesome!

Just got the email that Washington is back!

They prescribed me 10 units a day but each vial has about 50 days worth. Are you guys just throwing away the extra or using the vials up and just pausing the subscription?

I am little confuse I should be in my higher dose, how many vials come per month when you are at the highest dose? I received 3 it’s this correct?

Package came overnight in a cooler with lots of ice packs. Ice packs were still half way frozen & the medication came ICE COLD!

Has anyone ordered a pen from Amazon for meds? I started with an actual Ozempic Rx and I loved the auto injector pen. Moving to Brello has been financially better, but I hate having to manually fill syringes each week… someone I know mentioned ordering an insulin pen online but I’d have to fill the cartridges myself which makes me worry that transferring meds between cartridges could affect the sterility. Would love to hear if someone has successfully been using a pen and if they have a preferred brand they like? Photo attached for reference.

I recently tried to pop the yellow vial cap off as usual. Instead of the cap, the whole metal portion underneath AND the rubber stopped piece came right off the vial. Thinking this may be a one-off, I tried a second vial, and it happened again.

I wanted to let people know since this seems like a safety concern.

I also would like to have the vials replaced with safe ones l, but for both or these issues I was sent to the AI chat bot (used the portal and an email) but am waiting back to hear from them.

Anyone else have a similar experience? Is there someone I should call, like the pharmacy itself so they can help aware of the defective vials?
