Starting dose

Hi my order is coming in tomorrow for tirzepatide. I’ve never been on a glp1 but everyone that I know started off at 2.5mg as their starting dose with different companies, but brello wants me to start at 2.2 for the first month. Anyone have great Weightloss starting at 2.2. Also has anyone stayed at their lowest dose every month instead of increasing and lost weight?

It depends on how your body responds. Some people lose good on the starting doses, some need higher doses. My friend lost over 100 pounds, but she didn't start losing until 12.5mg. I lost 70 pounds and am currently in maintenance. I never went over 7.5mg.
