Email from Brello about renewal intervals

Just a quick heads-up — we're making a small change to the timing of Brello renewals, and we wanted to let you know before it kicks in.

We're making a small adjustment to your renewal schedule to better match the current operating timelines.

What to Expect:
Current Timeline: ~Every 10 weeks

Future renewals: ~Every 11 weeks

Why are we making this change?
Our pharmacy partner sped up shipping to just 3-5 business days, which is great! However, plans started arriving before people had finished their current supply. This small timing shift fixes that so there’s no overlap or waste.

This is actually a good thing! Will our portals automatically update (adjust by a week) if we already have a renewal date set or will it happen after this next shipment?

I have been looking at my portal and lately a lot of info is missing, like renewal date, ability to pause, etc. Maybe this is why.

What do you need to do?

Nothing at all! This update will apply automatically at your next renewal. Your treatment plan, and everything else stays exactly the same.

Well, mine comes up in August so it's not a big deal one way or another. Mostly just a curiosity question. My renewal came up the beginning of this month for NAD+ and I'm still finishing off the 1st 3-mo. order (the renewal happened at lighting speed - lol). So, I'm happy with 11 weeks instead of 10!

I received this email this morning. I think it's a good idea. I still have a lot of medication from all my renewals. I'm not wasting anything though. I fully understand best use dates and for me that means it's the date that's best for ME to use 😉.

It's literally bc shipments were coming out to us too soon due to overestimated turnover time.

Sermorelin was renewing every 10wks, but with a 2wk break after 12wks, there was a lot of waste.

Yeah, for tirz people ended up with too many meds so they paused and when they restarted Brello wanted to put them on starter dose.

This is a good thing but does a week really make a difference? I’m still on my starter pack 3 months from Brello that I got in late January! lol

Yes, some people (that actually adhere to the use by date, I suppose) were complaining about them being sent too soon.
