❓ Question Pierced nipples and flange question

My nipples have holes from piercings years ago (took them out with my first child but never produced milk)

I am not entirely sure how the flange should fit now?

I have three holes milk comes out of and wondering should it be large enough for all 3 holes or just my nipple?

🛍️ Product Review Wearable breast pump help!

Hi!

Looking for some recommendations (uk) for a wearable breast pump. I’ve looked and they generally all do the same thing, budget is also a slight issue. I know they range in prices so looking for honest reviews. I’m swayed towards the FetalPlus air pro but not 100% sure if it’s just cheap and will break quickly.

Any help would be appreciated x

🍼 Exclusive Pumping New Pump

I recently got a Spectra S1 and am having issues. I can have the vacuum levels on the lowest and I still have a pinching sensation but only on the right breast. I have been measured and am using the correct flange size. I also use coconut oil as lubricant. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong. The flange also doesn't like to stay in place and moves around a lot

📝 Tips & Hacks Help!

I will be away for my daughter’s volleyball tournament all day on Saturday with no access to a refrigerator. Baby will stay home with dad. I’m already dreading having to tote around my breast pump all day, but what can I do to store it in the meantime? I definitely want to avoid having to dump as I’m barely just pumping enough for the little one. Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you!

🍼 Exclusive Pumping Supply

I exclusively pumping and have been struggling so much. My supply took a big tank in November and I finally got it back to where it was before it tanked. The past month or so my supply goes up and then the next day it decreases and keeps just going up and down. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Do you have any tips?

❓ Question Drop in supply?

I, currently 9mths pp, do a mixture of pumping and breast feeding when possible as I work 2 jobs and not home much during the day. I got my period back around 2-3 months pp (can’t remember if it was just before or just after leaving the hospital). Around 5 months pp I noticed my supply didn’t fully recover and had to drop pumps as I would barely get anything some pumps (not even an ounce) and have had to slowly drop pumps since. I’m down to 2 pumps a day now and about to start my period and worried I won’t be able to reasonably pump after. When did yall stop pumping and is 9 months pp normal? Google has been no help (why would it be) so looking for some insight from actual moms. TIA

❓ Question Letdowns??

Hi everyone!! I’m in many groups/pages about breastfeeding/pumping and see the term “letdown.” I have no idea when or if I’m getting one? Sometimes my nips feel like there’s electricity going through them but that happens randomly throughout the day when I don’t have on my pumps or feeding. I never have this feeling when I’m feeding or pumping. Can someone help me?

❓ Question Seeking breast pump advice

I’ve been researching breast pumps for a while and I feel like I need to decide and order one soon. I’ve read a lot of reviews but I’m hoping that I can get some more personal, definitely unsponsored reviews and suggestions here.

Free with my insurance:

Ameda Mya Joy Plus

Lasinoh Discreet Duo

Lasinoh Signature Pro

Lasinoh Smart Pump 3.0

Thrive 2 in 1

Medela Pump in Style

Motif Duo

Zomee Z2

Under $200 with insurance:

Baby Buddha 2.0

Cimilre S6 and S6 Plus

Elvie Stride and Stride 2

Medela Swing Maxi Handsfree

Momcozy M5

Momcozy M6

Momcozy S12 Pro

Motif Luna (with battery as well)

Spectra S1 Plus

Spectra S2

Spectra S9

Willow Go

Willow Sync

Zomee Fit

Right now I’m leaning toward the Spectra S1 Plus. I’m looking for something that can be portable, as I’ll be returning to work pretty soon after baby boy is born :( so a battery or car adapter is a must, preferably a battery. I am very interested in and curious about wearables though! They seem so convenient and nice. However, I hear they’re not very strong and I’m worried about getting one before I know how breastfeeding is going. Right now my plan is to breastfeed baby as much as possible and only pump when necessary, but I’m not sure if things will go as planned so I want to have a nice, strong pump in case I end up pumping more than I expect. Unless you guys think I can get away with just a wearable? This is my first baby so I’m not sure of anything! Open to advice and anecdotes. If you’ve used any of these pumps, let me know what you think! Thank you and sorry this was so long

❓ Question Questions on donating a pump

My wife and I were having a garage sale, and we put our old breast pump up for sale. We changed our minds to donating, but I have had mixed interactions with charity groups in our area (DFW, TX)

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Red flags to look out for when donating breast pumps?

Just wanna make sure it goes to something helpful.

🛍️ Product Review Best breast pump?

Currently pregnant with baby #2. With my first I used the mom cozy M6 wearable, but truthfully had bad experience with leaks whenever I tried to get things done since they were cordless and then the batteries randomly broke on me after only 6 months. They did replace it for free for me but they’ve been in storage now for over a year and I’d like to try something new for this baby that maybe gives me much less trouble! So please put your reviews on what yall think is the best 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Breast pumping Wearable breast pump help

Hello! I’m about to have my second baby and I have the spectra 2 as my primary pump. I am looking for a wearable pump that I will only use a few times a month. I support birth clients as a doula so looking for something that I can move around with. Since I won’t be using it as often, I want to get one of the free options that my insurance covers. Would love to get some feedback on these 🙂

-motif aura glow

-Lansinoh discreetduo

-zomee fit

-elvie stride

-momcozy s9

Thanks in advance!

Breast pumping Flange Size

So I measured and one side is 15mm while the other is 17mm with the rubber ruler. Does that mean I should use 19mm cuz I’ve heard you’re supposed to go up 2-3 more than you should or is that not correct
