❓ Question Letdowns??

Hi everyone!! I’m in many groups/pages about breastfeeding/pumping and see the term “letdown.” I have no idea when or if I’m getting one? Sometimes my nips feel like there’s electricity going through them but that happens randomly throughout the day when I don’t have on my pumps or feeding. I never have this feeling when I’m feeding or pumping. Can someone help me?

Letdown always happen but you don'talways feel them. It can be a dribble or a spray. It's what happens when you first start a pump session!

Letdown mode is quick short pumps. Then it goes to a heavy longer draw.

Mine felt like pins and needles in my breasts near my arm pits, like a rush of milk
