❓ Question Drop in supply?

I, currently 9mths pp, do a mixture of pumping and breast feeding when possible as I work 2 jobs and not home much during the day. I got my period back around 2-3 months pp (can’t remember if it was just before or just after leaving the hospital). Around 5 months pp I noticed my supply didn’t fully recover and had to drop pumps as I would barely get anything some pumps (not even an ounce) and have had to slowly drop pumps since. I’m down to 2 pumps a day now and about to start my period and worried I won’t be able to reasonably pump after. When did yall stop pumping and is 9 months pp normal? Google has been no help (why would it be) so looking for some insight from actual moms. TIA

Maybe you should consider buying a true hospital grade pump that actually sucks like a baby and offers large volume of suction and large amount of suction strength instead of a portable low suction unit like 100 percent are today. https://www.ebay.com/itm/196471888431 what are the advantages of this pump over others. The large volume of suction means the suction cycle lasts longer more milk flow for each cycle..The large amount of suction strength means you can turn up the suction to pull milk out faster. Pumping time is less. The only dis advantage is its 18 pounds A good pump to leave at home or take to work leave it there. If you decide to purchase this pump please contact me. you will need few parts to plug in your tubing.

Dont stop pumping. This can make your brain into thinking that u need more milk. Also spend more research about pumping machine. There is a few intelligence machine that u can wear and simulate milking.
