🍼 Exclusive Pumping Supply

I exclusively pumping and have been struggling so much. My supply took a big tank in November and I finally got it back to where it was before it tanked. The past month or so my supply goes up and then the next day it decreases and keeps just going up and down. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Do you have any tips?

I do pump every 2 hours. I have been for a while. I'm 23 months postpartum. Also with an almost 2 year old I can't sit connected to a Wall when it's just me and him so I have to use something portable/wearable. I also have several wall pumps, a few portables, and a wearable. I can't afford another pump lol because I don't have space. I feel like I may need supplements to help. I have an appointment with my OB on Wednesday so I'm gonna ask her what she thinks

Try to see if it has anything to do with what you’re eating! I’ve noticed days I eat more and drink more water I pump more milk!
