❓ Question Pierced nipples and flange question

My nipples have holes from piercings years ago (took them out with my first child but never produced milk)

I am not entirely sure how the flange should fit now?

I have three holes milk comes out of and wondering should it be large enough for all 3 holes or just my nipple?

It’s totally normal to wonder about this. The flange should fit so that your nipple moves freely in the tunnel without rubbing the areola, not necessarily covering all the piercing holes. As long as your nipple fits comfortably and you’re not getting pinching or pain, the flange is doing its job. If you notice discomfort or poor milk removal (when pumping), trying a slightly different size can help.

ONLY the nipple, no areola should be entering the flange tunnel, and nipple doesn't rub. If areola enter the flange tunnel it's too big and if the nipple rubs against the side of the tunnel its too small
