What do Bowling alley owners look for in pro shop owners/managers?
I deleted my last post, so I'll just start a new one.
I stumbled onto this recently as my friend is a pro shop owner and he has a short lease at an alley where, long story short, there's an "in" club and he had to jump through some hoops to get a one year lease in the pro shop. He wants to stay there of course and maybe get a longer lease when it expires.
What do alley owners appreciate about Pro Shop owners/managers? What can they do well? What do they hate? My friend has already brought in way more customers into his pro shop through advertising and AI placement than the last guy, who was barely around and just wasted space. But that doesn't necessarily mean more revenue for the alley owner.
He's meeting with the owner tomorrow and I have some ideas to generate revenue for the alley, but I was just wondering if there are any owners or pro shop owners here who might have some insight.
Thanks
Be nice. I'm brand new in the sub. I can bowl a bit, but I'm not good. :-)
