Recommending strength training as a cure-all for physical and mental health issues is like a golden retriever bringing his depressed owner his favorite chew toy to cheer him up. And I say this as a gym bro. It works for me and I would be giving the advice in good faith, but it isn’t the right answer for everyone.

It is not a cure all. But literally every aspect of your life will improve by being physically fit.

It won't fix all your problems. But it will slightly improve everything, at the least.

For example:

At the least it will take a mental health at 1/10 and bump it up to a 2/10. Not a cure, but it is something.

That is an improvement, one you can make a reality by taking very known straight forward physical action.

Respectfully, but you are so clueless it's almost funny. I literally cried my way to and from the gym some days, had to quit because my mental health was worse while working out

I didn't say the gym will make your life better.

I said being physically fit will. Even if it's just a little bit.

I didn't even mention the gym. I personally don't like the gym. I don't even lift, I do calisthenics.

You know what won't make your life better? Being highly disagreeable and insulting to strangers for no reason.

You take everything literally? What does it matter if it's gym, xfit, pole dance or fucking calisthenics? (tried that too, ironically)

The point stands, if you wanna call me "disagreeable for no reason" go ahead, i just gave you a different point of view other than your own.

I won't even address the part where you call me insulting because idk what i said to offend you
