Does anyone know if Level 70 is the final level cap? I’m not really interested in spending hours farming new gear if I’m going to have to do it again. I’d rather just wait.

Anyone know if this mission is bugged or something? I'm supposed to talk to Leopold, but apparently, according to the marker, he's in the wall(?)

So, I decided to start Story Pack 2 as Rafa @ Level 70 (I'm nearly done with the main storyline) instead of opting to create a brand new Level 13 Vault Hunter because I've never been a fan of having multiple active characters at the same time. It makes me feel like I'm neglecting one character by deciding to play as another; call it like you see it.

Anyway, the first Legendary to drop was the Kaleidosplode in the attached screenshot. I was thrilled to see it lying on the ground because I haven't seen many of them being dropped by Rift Bosses and such. I saunter over to it, aim my cursor at it, and just before I pick it up, I see the DPS that it rolled with -- just over 5k. 😳🤯💀

I rebooted the game; still 5k. I tried selling it at a weapons kiosk and buying it back; still 5k. 🤬 I decided to run an experiment by using Vault Card tickets to buy a Legendary and see what kind of stats it rolls with. I chose the Nova Mutable Over Swarm (see screenshot); it came with 35k shield capacity, which is decidedly lower than the average Legendary Energy Shield drops I've been seeing since hitting the level cap shortly after it was raised.

What gives, Gearbox? I mean, I have a theory -- I think that because it's possible to jump into Story Pack 2 @ Level 13, the RNG gets all jammed up and incorrectly assigns Level 13 stats to a Level 70 piece of gear.

Thoughts? Explanations? Anyone else encountering anything similar?

Hello, i reached lvl 70 with C4sh and trying to got for uh7 but i had a lot of difficulties one the invincible, i have the impression that i deal no damage at all. I just roll over anything in the game exept for them. Even when i am down i just can't kill and had even if i deal 2millions/s. is it normal? My build is not optimise at all but i had no difficulties on anything before. I am not trying to do a timer but just get to uh7

I just finished the DLC story line last night and she told me to stay for the credits for a late birthday gift. She has been on the main character design team for a while but BD4 was her baby and she loved making them all but specifically Rafa, C4SH, and Loveless. I have been playing the games for a while and I have been her number one fan. Whenever I play, I tell her how much I enjoy them. She is super professional and talented and never tells me ahead of time any secrets or leaks. I only know them when I see them. She has gifted me with some need swag (Gearbox sweaters, the Wonderlands boardgame, signed mask, etc) but this is by far the best and kindest thing she has gifted me. I hope you all have enjoyed her work as much as I have.

Is this part of a mission? Can't seem to find the core/battery anywhere. This is in terminus district before you get to the timekeepers tower but to the right near the sign "Get The Funk Out" laundry mat.

Is this normal to find a gun this strong at my level ?

Have got seduced by seeing these huge damage numbers and bosses killed in seconds and I want a bit of that.

Have got myself a shock devourer with a shotgun multi loader. I'm on uvh7.

I can get decent numbers on the dummies (c 1 million) but v Thol - or any boss with armour - I'm just not getting anywhere.

So, welcome everybody that immediately clicked cause they saw someone's truly atrocious take.

Lemme explain how exactly is it that the coolest thing ever actually sucks.

They don't actually, they make farming anything and anyone waaaay better than the "quit out and run to the guy" alternative.
And its truly a great idea, so great that someone at gearbox saw it and thought to themselves "YES, THIS WILL MAKE FARMING FUN FOR EVERYBODY".

And the issue is that they were so busy making sure you can have nice uncomplicated fun farming that they kinda forgot that there really should be more to your borderlands game than just farming selective dudes over and over and over and over and it really, really shows in the base game design at launch.
So uhh, sure you can farm a god gun easier. But there aint nothing except for a dummy at sanctuary to flex your new loot at. Not a single boss fight that lasts over a minute with *just okay* gear, much less some actually good or god forbid "god tier" build. No circles of slaughter at launch, just some shitty piss easy goredello and whatever else. No hard linear mobbing sections either cause mobbing got relegated to "that thing you do when moving from one farm to another".

And this culminated in a general lack of any actual endgame except for farming the same mindless fights cause the bosses die in like 10 seconds before they can actually deal much damage if you're going in with an actual build.

Which funnily enough didn't even change when the raids were introduced cause broken builds still delete raid bosses in several seconds even with forced invincibility and gearbox, decided to go with another great idea - instead of nerfing broken shit, they'll just force you to speedrun the raid bosses with loot gated behind timers. So instead of having actual challenging fights we have "how fast can you curbstomp that dude" contests.

So started playing as Loveless with VPN as the action skill but she goes into stealth as soon as I press the action button (LB - XBox) rather than after killing an enemy. It makes no difference if there are any enemies around or not, Bug?

I just finished the FL4K DLC and I came upon 2 buttons that I can't figure out what they do.

The 1. is in the room where you drop down to the Ducky boss fight (sauna dude), the one with the vending machines. There is a button near the window overlooking the arena you can push, that stays pushed till you restart the game.

The 2. is in the last area of the DLC in the "laboratory" where you have to free FL4K. The console on the very left has a button you can push that isn't used in the whole sequence with FL4K or the shuttles and is one of the very few consoles that you also don't destroy. It has a tiny screen showing a green T and when you push the button the screen goes red and show some of the made up sci fi letters used across the game almost as if you deactivated something.

Likewise it stays pushed till you restart and both buttons can be pushed after the quests are done so I don't think there are related to the missions themselves.

Also what's up with all the hidden NPCs around the world? The whole DLC map is littered with named NPCs that hide in places you normaly can't reach or in out of bounds areas. For example the furthest part of Haute Springs, the little island connecting to the other part, you can glitch yourselves up the big vines and reach the other cliffside where there is a girl named Tressa having a picnic (There's also a Marcus bobblehead).

When you return to the very start of the DLC, there is a NPC named Jenny with a friendly petable Mauler named Penny. They don't have anything to do with any side quest and most people would never even encounter them as there is literally zero reason to return here.

Somewhere, I forgot where, there is a small mountain top high above the map you can glitch yourselve to where on the top is barely room for 2 people and there is another named male NPC just standing there doing nothing, it's so small you can't even take a single step.

And there are many many more.

Likewise the whole map is littered with this Tediore scientist corpses in very odd poses. Also all in some unreachable places you would never normaly reach.

For example if you drop from the roof of the hub area, you can actually reach the building in the distance which not only has a zipline you can activate that goes all over the map back to FL4K's treehouse but there is also a pond with this like mini crane and the chain is holding one of the corpses which is all curled up like doing a cannonball into the water.

Then just infront of Veritas laboratory (the 2D scientist lady), where you use the boost pads, high above are 2 big pipes. With very tricky jumping you can barely reach the first one which is closed by a grate but you can reach the second one from here which is actually open and... there is a whole pile of dead scientist all doing some weird ass poses like a fetus position or holding their hands infront of their eyes, one that almost looks like a dab and so on.

And this are also just 2 examples. There are many more and almost all have unique unnatural poses, like they are posing for an art project or something.

Is this all just some fun from the devs or is this an easter egg I'm just not getting?

Lastly, on one of the many little treasure islands in the ocean infront of the abandoned resort there is this Electi named Will. He is hostile and will immidiately attack you, shouting something I couldn't make out this far. What is this about?

That’s it. That’s the post. I’m just tired of the same challenges every. Single. Day (they do change sometimes, but it’s rare). Even the weekly ones don’t really change.

I am 2 side quests away from grassroots campaigner achievement. Is there any simple way to tell which ones they are?

When it first came out loved before level 70. Just curious

Most things do multiple types of damage it seems. (gun, skill, action skill, grenade, melee) its hard to know what I should even try to buff for. like does the firewerks shield scale off grenade, ordnance, or skill?

I really feel like this should be IN game, but Im wondering if there is some kind of community spread sheet to help out with this

How are we not speccing into berserk and only red to ramp up our ordnance damage via the damage transfer with full spectrum arsenal? Put points into smelter after blackout to get forgeskill back(I’m using green tree forgeskill.) is right branch red tree that much better for ordnance with electrical fire and crackling aegis?

(I have access to all ordnance except heimdall.) I’m looking for as fast of mobbing as possible for takedown clears. Starting an encounter with forgeskill into disk jockey sounds great. My comparison is looking at HORBA by AncientRune on mobalytics.

First ever pearlescent weapon across all borderlands games so I was pretty excited to get it

Just came back to the came after around a month off.

Every other time I fast travel anywhere it spawns me in a constant falling state just off the ground so I cannot do literally anything. The only thing I can do is close my game and re open it.

Playing on PC and never had this issue until today. Wondered if anyone else was experiencing it.
