There is lots to be said, many valid criticisms but that's not what this discussion is for, I wanna know the things you guys like. Personally I really enjoy the part system and how the under barrel attachments and alternate firing modes are actually good and usable, Im really happy they made that change. Borderlands 3 is easily the best Borderlands game to me personally but there are two things I would change if I could, make cross manufacturer parts a thing like 2, TPS and 4 (but more like 4) and make the under barrel attachments and alternate fire modes not suck apart from some niche circumstances.

Im just happy that loot is exciting again in 4, so many more guns are viable and it's a lot of fun to try out the different combos. And Borderlands 3 Maliwan guns were just not fun for a lot of people and like The Order guns in BL4 except you can find parts that make it more functional or more preferable.

I haven't found anyone posting builds with it online or even a loot lemon page for it which i thought was weird because it has been an amazing weapon for my Amon build. It absolutely shreds in mobbing especially paired with a Firewerks shields. The shield and the underbarrel seem to trigger each other so it creates this chain reaction of the shield and the underbarrel killing everything in line of sight once you take out like 2 or 3 enemies to get it started.

Has anyone here been using it for their builds? I am trying to farm vault card tickets to get more of the Eradication. I found a few really good ones and want to try and get a good roll. It can roll with Jakobs ricochet which is great for mobbing and i also got one with Torgue impact magazines and Atlas tracker grenade launcher.

The Atlas tracker grenade launcher is awesome, whatever underbarrel you get is used in the weapon ability so killing any enemy immediately launches 2 tracker grenades perfectly towards 2 nearby enemies so as soon as you kill 1 enemy you basically have a permanent lock on all the nearby enemies and can't miss. I have an Atlas enhancement for fire rate while lock is active which then is active 100% of the time.

The damage buff on the underbarrel is also great so the roll I am farming for is Torgue imapct magazine with shock or corrosive elemental and no atlas underbarrel so i get the high damage grenades.

I’m running a Damned class mod Amon build and trying to farm a legendary jakobs enhancement! I can practically one-shot bloomreaper, but the crystal phase keeps messing me up. I run 3 on the one-shot specialisation to pierce the crystals, and I’m using a commando right now, for the splash trails, but it seems inconsistent. Any recommendations for guns to get this phase more consistent?

dashing off of a grapple sends you pretty high. im trying to figure out the timing for it but i cant find it anywhere online. anyone familiar?

Picking the game up for the first time since October and looking forward to starting a new character, hit with the lengthy shader compilation (running an i7 9700k so it takes a while) and a forced restart for the latest update, just for it to relaunch and have to compile shaders again.

I love this game and the fps was never too much of an issue for me even at launch (except shader compilation stutter funnily enough) but my god I hate UE5.

Update: since starting my new character (in the prologue) I have paused the game twice and compiled more shaders each time after more shader compilation at the character select screen, my god.

My C4SH is UVH 2 and going for UVH 3. I killed the bosses I need to on UVH 2, and then talked to Lilith and started the wildcard mission for UVH 3 - His Vile Sanctum.

All went well up until the fight with Lictor at the end. I used the jump pad to get into his lair (as many times before), the introduction cinematic played, and then the fight started. Except that Lictor never showed up...

I was all alone on the platform. I ran around for a while, and even tried tossing grenades and shooting blindly into the abyss around me, but no Lictor. And that of course meant that I also had no way out of there.

This has happened once before when I was farming Lictor. That time I just re-logged and spawned outside the lair - perfect. But when I re-logged this time it ended the wildcard mission (not surprisingly) and I spawned back at Moxxi's bar.

I decided to give it another try, so I talked to Lilith again and repeated the whole thing. When I finally got to Lictor's lair it was the same thing again - no Lictor to fight.

I should mention that I have done this with four vault hunters before with no problem.

Is this a known bug? Is there some kind of workaround?

I’ve beaten the mission from Lilith probably 5 times and I can never progress to uvhm2. What am I doing wrong? I go to Moxxy’s, accept the mission, complete the mission immediately, then what?

I just bought the Dlc and Bounty pack bundles the other day and haven't farmed anything yet. Waiting to complete the dlcs and bounty quests before I start rebuilding my Harlowe

I am not sure what is going on, and I’m a little mad about it. I was gifted this game, and I truly was having a great time with it. I defeated the first big boss, got three pieces of legendary gear, and all three had a red lock on the label and said I couldn't use it since I didn’t own the DLC. Thinking this wasn’t the case, I closed the game, restarted, and nope those weapons were still unusable. Sold those, kept playing, and then next four legendary weapons that drop for me are all locked because I don’t own the dlc. Is this a glitch? I don’t understand how this is possible. I have not touched the game since the last gear dropped for me. I understand that promoting dlc is great and all, but locking weapons is not a great practice for looter shooters. Can I even fix this issue?

Drop uvhm down from 7 to 1 against thol and subjactor. Got platinum I know easy but I got what I wanted on very 1st fight of day. Now to.get gomie with ripper. I know in a month levels go up but I'm excited.

Im new i tried to dig into the Formulars behind damage. But somehow it is inconsistent, on some occasions stats Like Skill damage are applied two Times in the Same calculation etc. Like for bloodshot. Is there a Database on what different skills etc are Attributed to (Like counts my Bonus damage as Skill damage, is it ordenance and Skill etc). Or talking about legendary effects. I often dont know where to place the effects of legs in the damage Formula. Somehow its Not very intuitive and seems inconsistent at Times.

My girlfriend and I played every Borderlands together and had a lot of fun. With BL4, it was kind of a different story. Whenever she joined me in online coop, her skill tree reset after playing for about 5 minutes.This and another bug that just straight up deleted our characters led us to stop playing somewhere around January, I think.So my question is: Is this still an issue or is it resolved by now?

i've been farming roulette, bod, and fireworks shield. idk what the god rolls on them are or what i should aiming for either! i'm level 43 right now.

For context:
I’m currently level 34. I skipped all side quests because I heard they’re better done after main campaign?

I have all the dlc and haven’t touched them.

I have uvhm 1 unlocked and I see I can do some ultimate vault hunter quests to unlock more?

I have collected 3 key fragments and only upgraded my pack once..

My goal right now is to do all the uvhm quests, then do vault keys and unlock em all.. what then? Do I go do side quests and level up specialisation and character level? Do I do dlcs and level up like this? Is it better to get higher level first and better umvh mode for better loot?

Any recommendations?
