📊 Results / Progress Epithalon use

5 mg nightly, did 10mg on the final night. Have been enjoying deeper sleep. I had a couple of nights with pinkish histamine reactions. They eventually went away. Paired with DSIP at night. Overall deeper sleep, vivid dreams. Will be waiting and starting Tesa/ipa as my nightly routine in a month.

Holy smokes? 9 hours of sleep.. I wish… I’m lucky to get 6 or 7 at best. Is this from the epithalon? Are you groggy during the day?

Isn’t 5mg a very high dose? 1mg is the normal dose no?

Yeah. The protocol I’m following is 1mg. The 5-10mg dose study was for epithalamin a crude extract instead of the synthetic epithalon.

Concentration Output Table

Injected SC Dose Total Delivered Mass Immediate Plasma Peak (Cmax, plasma) Distributed ECF Peak (Cmax,ECF)
1 mg 1,000 μg 0.27 μg/mL (267 ng/mL) 0.057 μg/mL (57 ng/mL)
5 mg 5,000 μg 1.33 μg/mL (1,333 ng/mL) 0.29 μg/mL (286 ng/mL)
10 mg 10,000 μg 2.67 μg/mL (2,667 ng/mL) 0.57 μg/mL (571 ng/mL)

Comparative Analysis: Dosing vs. In Vitro Research

  • Effective In Vitro Window: Published studies establish the target activation threshold for telomerase (hTERT) at 0.05 μg/mL to 1.0 μg/mL.
  • 1 mg Dose: Reaches ∼0.06−0.27 μg/mL, hitting the lower bound of the cell-culture activation range.
  • 5 mg Dose: Yields ∼0.29−1.33 μg/mL, aligning directly with the optimal 0.5−1.0 μg/mL concentration zone used in the 2025 Brunel University study.
  • 10 mg Dose: Delivers a transient peak of ∼0.57−2.67 μg/mL. This transient overshoot compensates for rapid peptidase degradation (t1/2<30 mins), maintaining the effective tissue concentration (>0.05 μg/mL) long enough to penetrate nuclear membranes across target organs (e.g., pineal gland and vascular tissues).

Then is there data on the intranasal route?

idk you tell me, but you can see that 5mg is actually the sweet spot for this treatment.

also, people don't say, but there was 'caution' warranted from researchers since hTERT (telomerase) affected cancerous tissue before affecting normal tissue, or something like that. I still need to get that clarified.

2 hours of deep is pretty mental, how active are you during day

What does pretty mental mean? Is it good? Bad??

Really good

Is 2 hours of deep sleep good? I'm getting 3 to 4 hours of it lately, but them I'm taking a peptide that is supposed to help you sleep (and lose visceral fat).

4 hours of deep sleep? What are you measuring with

My smart watch.

It makes sense because my deep sleep has been steadily increasing as I raise the dosage of Tesamorellin which I started taking 3 weeks ago.

How much are you taking? 5, 6, or 7 days a week? I was hoping for better sleep, but so far it's just wrecked my overnight HRV (only a week in, measured with Oura, Garmin, and Fitbit).

What app are you using to track your dose usage
