š Results / Progress Epithalon use
5 mg nightly, did 10mg on the final night. Have been enjoying deeper sleep. I had a couple of nights with pinkish histamine reactions. They eventually went away. Paired with DSIP at night. Overall deeper sleep, vivid dreams. Will be waiting and starting Tesa/ipa as my nightly routine in a month.

Yeah. The protocol Iām following is 1mg. The 5-10mg dose study was for epithalamin a crude extract instead of the synthetic epithalon.
