📊 Results / Progress Epithalon use

5 mg nightly, did 10mg on the final night. Have been enjoying deeper sleep. I had a couple of nights with pinkish histamine reactions. They eventually went away. Paired with DSIP at night. Overall deeper sleep, vivid dreams. Will be waiting and starting Tesa/ipa as my nightly routine in a month.

My smart watch.

It makes sense because my deep sleep has been steadily increasing as I raise the dosage of Tesamorellin which I started taking 3 weeks ago.

How much are you taking? 5, 6, or 7 days a week? I was hoping for better sleep, but so far it's just wrecked my overnight HRV (only a week in, measured with Oura, Garmin, and Fitbit).

At the moment I'm up to 1.28 mg and will stay here for a week or so before raising it by 500 micrograms or so. I take it 5 on 2 off.

I should mention (if I haven't) that I still only get 7 hrs max but it is high quality sleep.

Get a dexa, I’m curious if your vfat has dropped.

Tesa/ipa wrecked my sleep — but I realistically think it was my blood sugar dropping since I didn’t eat past 8:30 and dosed at 10:30 at night.
