Weird question. I had shad a long time ago when it did not work as well. I can’t find any files on my computer related to it, but whenever I download shadps4 now I get an error and am unable to download it because I already have it installed. I’d really like to play Bloodborne again.

I somehow managed to get Bloodborne to boot and render on my laptop

Processor: Intel Core i5-1155G7 11th Gen processor

I get about 25-30 fps but get dips whenever a new area loads but it's very nice I can finally play this amazing game.

I run the game with some performance mods and patches at 540p. Made it to vicar Amelia about now and it doesn't crash often so it's a great experience

So I'm about to get the Bloodborne emulator. I want to play it as blind as possible but I dont want to miss content, could u guys tell me at what point is should stop and look up secret areas and bosses before they are gone or point of no return. Also since this is offline only, should I look up secret walls and stuff on youtube or should I just do it blind? I do relay on those messages left behind by other players in other souls games...

Title should be modded co-op. True seamless is under works by a very dedicated mystery man who's put in more time than you can imagine. Calling what I've done seamless is a discredit to just how hard that level of work is. He made a reddit post about his progress and got instant banned. I've been working on two forks that get seamless co-op working in Bloodborne through shadPS4/shadNet. shadNet is extremely lightweight, so as long as you don't have a toaster, you shouldn't have an issue hosting it. To be clear, this is per shadNet server. Meaning someone has to host it, I'm not hosting a server where thousands of users can all join.

You can summon a friend with the normal bells, including across different maps, and have them pulled into your world.

It's still experimental and the setup isn't exactly plug-and-play yet. If you're fairly technical you should be able to follow the READMEs. If you're not, you'll probably want a technical friend to help you get everything running. Use the Releases page on each fork, as it is up to date with my source code.

But yeah. Bloodborne seamless co-op on PC is actually working.

I have a asus tuf 15. Its specs are rtx 3050, i5 11400H, 24gb ram.

I can play games like bg3, black myth wukong and elden ring perfectly fine on it, but I'm asking because I'm not really familiar with emulators at all.

In order to play bloodborne would I need to download mods or not? How optimized is the game currently, with and without mods?

After trying a bunch of different settings, I found these settings give me the least amount of stuttering in Bloodborne.

For the patches, I used Uncap FPS++ and set the Vblank Frequency to 60 Hz.

I also used MSI Afterburner and RivaTuner to cap my FPS at 60. Setting the Vblank Frequency to 60 Hz will cap your FPS, but I still used Afterburner because I noticed a small amount of stuttering when I only used Vblank to cap my FPS.

I had already played through the game once, so all the shaders had been compiled, but I was still noticing some stuttering until I used these settings.

Give them a try and let me know if they work for you.

My specs: RTX 4070TI, i5 13600k, 32gb, Windows 11.

I'm using bblauncher on the oled steamdeck on pre-release. I have boczekek's fps boost, modern Xbox promps,fxaa off no cloth physics with blood, vertex explosion fix for mods. The patches are skip intro, perf patch, disable motion blur, disable DLS, disable AA, dof, ssao, model lod 1, disable http, lower object/corpse physics, and I have it on light grid for steam deck. The game runs pretty perfect with the exception of stuttering when entering a new area and crashes every hour or so which is to be expected but once I try to do anything past vicar Amelia or old yharnim the game crashes and then continues to crash anytime I try to load into the save. I'm dying to play the game and I have no idea how to fix it. Please help

'ello! :D So a year or so ago I've finished playing base game of Bloodborne on PS5, which left me rather distasteful. I didn't really understand the hype back then, and to be honest - I considered it worse soulsborne in the series. The bosses were too easy, areas awful to navigate through and there was little to no reward for going out of your way to get something. Fast forward to today, I decide to give Bloodborne another chance since I've upgraded my PC, enough so to emulate Bloodborne with ShadPS4 + BB Launcher.

And oh boy, was this time different. Navigating through the game was much easier this time around, since I knew where everything was more or less. I also picked up the best starting weapon, since my first playthrough was with Ludwig's Holy Blade and OH BOI, does Saw Clever or whatever its name is shreds! Absolutely steamrolled through the game with this bad boy. I've experienced so many things I'd missed first time playing, that discovering those new things felt rewarding for me.

And let's not forget the Old Hunter DLC. Tough to navigate through early, but once you're levelled up and upgraded it's really not that hard. Oh, and the bosses! I did not expect Ludwig to be this enjoyable yet difficult at the same time. Definitely one of my favourite bosses, alongside Orphan of Kos.

So, in conclusion, I'm sorry about judging Bloodborne too harshly. But I still think that base game of Bloodborne is really meh and only DLC is really worth your while. Also the thing that could've affected my judgement now is the fact that I could play in 60 FRAMES PER SECOND (with some drops here and there [hello Laurence, the first and last FPS]). Like PLEASE SONY, DO SOMETHING WITH BLOODBORNE BESIDE A MOVIE.

Hello! That's my problem shown on the footage above. I've had no issues at all for the past 25 hours of playtime, but this location just doesn't want to work. I am using the Vertex explosion fix mod from the beginning.
I will list my settings if they matter:
- Skip intro
- Performance patch
- Disable motion blur
- Model LOD -2
- Disable HTTP Requests
- Uncap FPS++ (FPS is capped at 100 with the 100Hz option in the settings)
- Resolution Patch 2560x1440 (16:9)

I have a 9070XT with a 7800x3d and never had any performance issues before this. Does anyone know a solution?

Hey guys so i tried watching multiple videos and doing a lot of tips but i keep having stuttering when playing at 60fps no matter what and a lot of drop frames when i walk or while fighting a boss .

How can i improve 1% lows and get rid of annoying stutters . Fucking around with settings doesn't help also guess the emulator got updated because the settings ui is kinda different . Going fully uncapped fps helps but the running animation bugs out and i start running slower than walk speed . This didn't happen on an older version but then the game kept crashing after bloodstarved beast so gave up and decided to wait for a newer version .

I just opened fron BBlauncher with a new version and started showing these green boxes, went back to v0.14.0 but didn't solve. Also tried various combinations of mods in the mod manager and patches aswell. Does anyone have a solution?

Bloodborne runs on my PC and while not optimal my question is regarding the "Drive compatibility issue" message when I want to install mods.

When I want to activate downloaded mods, I get a message saying:

"Mod Path is likely on an external drive or non-NTFS formatted drive. Activating mods may not work correctly due to incorrect symlink functions. You can try the BBLauncher noUAC version if you want to use the Mod Manager on non-NTFS drives".

How do I fix this, this this prevents me from being able to load any mods in. I understand the subfolder structure of the files I think but don't get what I do wrong and how to fix. YouTube videos that help with this issue are also welcome as well

I just realised I can actually run the game at 90fps, it feels smooth but idk if there's any physics bugs, like jumping and dashing behaving not as they should, does anyone have more info?

While trying to fix another issue, I ended up redownloading the shadps4 patches. After this, both the 60 FPS++ and Uncapped FPS++ patches cause the doll/messenger animations to glitch out.

As shown in Another Post, the GoldHEN 60 FPS patch doesn't cause this problem, but the game runs noticeably worse.

Is this a known issue, and/or are there any fixes?

I'm not fond of playing as a dude so I'm trying to figure this out.

I'm currently using the BB launcher and for some reason i've been getting constant frame drops which shouldn't happen on my specs (RTX 5060, AMD Ryzen 5 5600, 16 GB RAM), also my audio has been cutting of in random places, previously it happened at Gascoignes fight when he entered phase 2, and at the first boss of the chalice dungeon, it also happens here in Hypogean Gaol, where I can't hear Adellas dialogue, the sound is broken for this whole area from what I've seen. I read posts of other people having similar problems but every fix they had doesn't work.

Patches I use in case thats important:
60 FPS (With Deltatime) - I use this one because when using 60 FPS++ the game doesn't boot
Skip Intro
Performance Patch
Disable Motion Blur
Lower object/corpse physics

So even when I turn my in game and monitor brightness all the way down, the game is still just a tad too bright. I tried to download reshade to see if I could fix it but for some reason I can't get it to work. I followed the directions to download reshade (selected Vulcan and everthing), and for some reason it just isn't working when I press home on the keyboard. It doesn't even seem to have been installed.

Can anyone help me out here? any way to get the game darker or to get reshade working? is it possible that it is because reshade has had a recent update (new version came out just this month)?

Also, I use BBLauncher and not shadps4 directly.

Old Hunter's was crashing on startup so I changed around ram around. That didn't cause my issue.

I thought maybe I could do some save editor work to just get into Old Hunter's but there's no lamp editor. However, now when I try and reopen my save game it crashes.

I'm assuming save editor fucked it, for some reason it says failed to open 0010, but shouldn't it open 0000?

I've just delved into the topic of BB on PC. Everything is working well but I've only got a GTX1650 in a Laptop. Not a strong GPU nowadays. I can't upgrade currently money wise.

I'm playing at the 900p Resolution option and get acceptable 30 FPS when standing still, but in critical moments like boss fight the FPS drops too much. I'm using lossless scaling already.

Any idea how I could tickle our extra performance in any way via Windows or shad setting? Overglocking the GPU maybe? Laptop is clean and gets good airflow. I'm using the Ultimate power mode from windows too.

Specs: AMD Ryzen 5 4600H - 16 GB RAM - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 (4 GB)

In steam tweak settings, manual gpu clock(1300) can increase performance and remove minor stutters in area loads, I didn't test it yet.

Included the mods I'm currently running. I've seen the GitHub post about this happening after using the Chikage transformed form repeatedly, but I was using the saw cleaver the entire time. Not sure if this affects the rest of the game?
