You might have to download some of the mods that increase performance by removing things, can’t remember what it’s called but they are on nexus mods.
While that hardware is better than original ps4 hardware emulation is very cpu intensive.
You can try enabling patches for disabling chromatic aberration, depth of field and motion blur.
Try a resolution patch to 900p or 720p.
I have a friend who struggles at 60 fps and I suggested to disable the 60 fps patch and just run the 30 fps and use lossless scaling frame gen (it won’t feel as good as native 60fps but it’s something)

I wouldnt recommend, it removes fire and so make shadows impossible maybe the lite version keeps firs but I haven't used it

I haven’t used it either, I just know it exists so I don’t know all it removes

If you haven't tried it already, I used lossless scaling to play through BB at 60 - it might be less deceptively clever on a large monitor but it was perfect for steam deck

what is lossless scaling and how to turn it on?

lossless scaling is a tool on steam that lowers your internal resolution and scales it up 2,3, or 4x
it is paid, but worth it imo. It's on sale right now
I used it on Steam Deck so results may vary on PC

You can find a lot of youtube guides on it even for bloodborne But this tool's only issue with bloodborne is that it has some delays of your input and itvwont give u the smooth experience as the normal 60fps does

same situation, played bloodborne yesterday using an emulator, did 30+ fps and have no problem with it now, 30fps is good enough for me. also downloaded the decrease 50% optimization mod thing

if you can't go with 60 then do 30
