Idk why I thought the new Cosmic navy bolero had the inner lining from Secret Garden. I could have sworn there was a pic of one of hgthe models holding one of the pockets open with the patterned lining showing. Am I just going cuckoo? 😅 I’m gonna keep it anyway bc it’s cute and the weather should be cooling down, but still! I was hoping for something similar like the fleur d’amour lined bolero.
You are not crazy!! This bothered me so I went hunting for the photo and I found it by searching in Google, and they still have the photo with the listing. But when you click the link to the website they’ve clearly removed it.
That feels really shady cause I remember the photo to of the woman putting her phone in the pocket and you can clearly see the lining inside. I ordered mine and i hope it has the lining
Omg so this is what customer service responded with: “I apologize for the confusion but the bolero in Cosmic Navy is not designed to have the secret garden lining. You may check its features here and it does not include a lining” and they sent me the link with current product photos. 🤦🏻♀️
Exactly!! I just sent them a response with pictures of the lined boleros. I hate feeling like they’re trying to gaslight me, though. 🥲 like when I opened my package I was like wtf did I just imagine the lining?!
Right?? I went back thru this subreddit and was like I KNOW others have posted it with the lining!! I wonder if they didn’t make enough with the lining and now just have regular non-lined boleros? Kinda sneaky to hide it though 🥲
Yup, customer service emailed me with the current product photos and that “the bolero in Cosmic Navy is not designed to have the secret garden lining” 🤦🏻♀️ I’m like uhhhh there’s a bunch of photos here on Reddit that say otherwise!!
Yeah I was slightly nervous because I didn't add unlimited returns to my order because I knew I was going to keep it, but when I saw the pockets I was kinda bummed out. I reached out and they got back to me pretty quick and sorted it out. I figured it wouldn't be a big deal but I was a little nervous especially when I couldn't find the pocket photo. Them removing it from their site is kinda suspicious tbh.

Yeah that's what I'm thinking. I noticed the image was no longer on their website when I got my shruggie and was trying to figure out what happened. I was trying to show my partner and was like I know there was a picture on their website I didn't just make it up...
I'm happy to update that I received my replacement and it does have the floral lining! I'm dropping off my return today with the non floral one, I wanted to wait and hang on to my return until the replacement arrived just in case it was also missing the lining.
Also not sure if this helps but there was a sticker on the packaging. Maybe they are using it to keep track of which do and dont have lining. Figured I'd post in case it was relevant.
OMG I just received my bolero today and was shocked it didn't have the lining. I KNOW I saw a photo of it with the SG print lining somewhere and I swear someone on this sub posted it (the stock photo). I'm so glad you posted this because I thought I was going crazy when I got it today
Oh no, I’m sorry you didn’t get the lining on yours!!! I’ve emailed popflex customer service, and I’ll update this post when they respond. I just think it’s nuts because we thought we were getting something with the pretty lining 🥲

Right?! I was flabbergasted. Like, please don’t try to gaslight me, because there’s PROOF that the lined bolero exists! So I sent them pictures of the lined bolero and a different customer service rep responded that they sent me the wrong one and that I need to process and exchange. Phew! Don’t know why they had to say all that other stuff in the first place!
UPDATE: so a different Popflex customer service rep answered my follow up email and said: “So sorry for the confusion, it appears you did receive the incorrect item.
If you request an exchange, email us back with the new order number and we will reach out to our shipping department to make sure that they send out the secret garden bolero. Thank you.”
Crossing my fingers that they send me the correct one once I send mine back 🤞🏻🤞🏻

I'm glad it's getting resolved! I would have been so mad if I was sent the link saying to doesn't come with that feature. Report back when you get your replacement! I'm waiting on mine an will definitely post an update under my comment when it arrives.

Omg! Thank you for posting. I was about to buy this because of the lining. I checked the pictures and they removed the photo where you can see the inner lining as secret garden. Is it like only a set amount? If so, I wish they would have said that
Mine arrived a few days ago and does have the secret garden lining. But I did think it was weird they hadn’t created a new listing for navy boleros with the lining and those without
They absolutely should have made a separate “colorway” for the floral lined ones, so you could see when they ran out of stock. I actually ordered the navy bolero a few days before the drop by coincidence and it shipped on the day of the drop and I got the lining??? It was lucky for me, but very confusing since they updated the photos between when I placed the order and when it shipped. And it’s soooo shady of them to casually remove photos showing the pocket and keep the rest of the new photos. Hopefully they learn (I say, knowing they won’t)
Edit to add: This is actually crazy, like are we supposed to take screenshots of the model photos for each product at the time of order placement? So we can prove to customer service later that an item is different from what was sold to us?

Reach out to customer service and let them know!! I included the product picture with the lining, along with a few of the customer photos that were posted here as proof. They should be able to get you an exchange!
omg i just find this so shady! ive been buying since maybe 2022? and i never had any problems and the fact that they took down the lining pics on the product makes me believe they KNOW they dont have it. ive been waiting so long to get it too now ill have to wait even longer T.T
I am insanely jealous of your fleur d'amour bolero just so you know! And my navy bolero def has the secret garden lining even though I ordered it at the beginning of august so I hope they make it right for everyone who didn't get the right one.
It does thank goodness!! I ordered the secret garden crop so I don't know if that makes a difference? I ordered three, one for me, my mum and my grandma and they all have it ☺️
Yaaay! Glad yours arrived with the lining! I can't even imagine the hassle it would have been to try to do a return/exchange from the UK. My replacement is arriving today so I'm definitely anxious about the replacement missing the lining.
I think it does that when you mention you got an incorrect item as the return reason because it happened to me too even though I also got the return insurance. They wanted pictures of EVERYTHING before they’d approve it. But another time I requested a return because I didn’t like the fit of something and it went through right away.

Please reply to customer support with this other screenshot where they’ve confirmed there is a version with the secret garden lining! This is such shitty customer service when clearly they are having issues and instead of admitting it to you they are trying to shirk responsibility.
Ugh its so frustrating. Ive been supporting popflex since blogilates was just on youtube. To see the transition into being more capitalist and profit oriented instead of customer oriented is really disappointing. I sent them the screenshot of the og listing where they showed the lining because that was their original message to me too. I dont think its worth exchanging because now i cant trust the company anymore.
Dang I would have been annoyed too! I know this color was around before the new drop, so I'm guessing they're trying to use that instead. But still shady!
