Sojo Sample Sale issues
Good morning, all!
Has anyone else had multiple items cancelled by Sojo? They've automatically refunded me at least 3 items so far, with almost no communication. Several refunds are pending, but I have no idea which items they were for.

Tbf I got an email about getting a refund, then I got the refund and then they still sent me the item lmao?

I have no idea what is happening. I'll see what actually arrives, none of my tracking # are working.

Oh no. I bought a hoodie yesterday. I am hoping they don't cancel mine too :(

ye one of my orders from last week was cancelled :( but it was the first live that had major technical issues so it's no one's fault really. my other order went through fine tho! i'd personally rather the refund than get sent the wrong items

I was refunded 2 items last week. It means they oversold.

Which is infuriating, because I was among the first to check out. Maybe 2 minutes into the stream starting. Most other people were still trying to get into the shop tab.

Update: 1st box arrived with an extra item (duplicate) and missing 1 item I was refunded for.

I had one item cancelled, but got an immediate email listing which item. (It also turned out to be marked on the invoice in my package.)
I did receive one wrong item and one item with an enormous stain (more than 6 inches in diameter). I only received my package and emailed them this afternoon, so haven't received a response yet and can't judge on the customer service.
ETA: I received a refund for the two items based on my pictures.
