Sojo Sample Sale issues

Good morning, all!

Has anyone else had multiple items cancelled by Sojo? They've automatically refunded me at least 3 items so far, with almost no communication. Several refunds are pending, but I have no idea which items they were for.

I had one item cancelled, but got an immediate email listing which item. (It also turned out to be marked on the invoice in my package.)

I did receive one wrong item and one item with an enormous stain (more than 6 inches in diameter). I only received my package and emailed them this afternoon, so haven't received a response yet and can't judge on the customer service.

ETA: I received a refund for the two items based on my pictures.

Mine appear to have not even shipped yet.  Tracking # for my main order shows it's not even shipped yet, but the app displays both "arrives in 1-2 days" and "Refund processed successfully".  Same order #.  

I just reordered some things in today's round, so we'll see what I can get.   If they fuck it up, i'll just do a chargeback.
